【摘要】：電子信息產業(yè)作為一個高技術產業(yè)，其產業(yè)競爭力直接影響到一個國家或者一個地區(qū)的整體競爭力，電子信息產業(yè)對我國工業(yè)和經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展貢獻頗大。重慶市作為中西部發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略性城市，，在相關政策支持下，電子信息產業(yè)作為支柱性產業(yè)，其發(fā)展已初具規(guī)模，但產業(yè)發(fā)展中仍存在很多影響產業(yè)競爭力提高和產業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的因素，因此尋找這些影響因素，如何促進重慶市電子信息產業(yè)競爭力提高就成為重要的研究課題。從相關文獻資料來看，對電子信息產業(yè)競爭力的研究比較少，對重慶市電子信息產業(yè)競爭的研究就更顯不足，所以本文研究的意義是在相關統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)的基礎上實際評價分析重慶市電子信息產業(yè)競爭力，找出重慶市電子信息產業(yè)競爭力的影響因素和產業(yè)發(fā)展中競爭劣勢，提出重慶市電子信息產業(yè)提高競爭力的政策建議，促進重慶市電子信息產業(yè)進一步發(fā)展。 本文研究是建立在相關文獻和經(jīng)濟學理論基礎之上，總結學者們已有的研究，首先以產業(yè)競爭力的相關理論為依據(jù),闡明產業(yè)競爭力內涵、電子信息產業(yè)等概念之后，分析了重慶市電子信息產業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題。然后，運用定性分析與定量分析相結合的研究方法，從定性分析影響產業(yè)競爭力的不同因素出發(fā)選取評價指標，并構建指標體系,搜集全國28個省市統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)，利用因子分析法來實證評價區(qū)域電子信息產業(yè)競爭力,分析重慶電子信息產業(yè)發(fā)展的主要影響因素，找出競爭中的劣勢，針對提高電子信息產業(yè)競爭力提出政策建議。 在運用因子分析法對28個省市電子信息產業(yè)實證分析和比較分析的基礎上，評價重慶市電子信息產業(yè)競爭力情況，最后得出了以下結論：重慶市電子信息產業(yè)競爭力綜合排名處于中等偏上水平，整體發(fā)展不錯，具體來看規(guī)模和效益因子在全國排名居中，企業(yè)和效率因子排名靠前，重慶市電子信息產業(yè)在規(guī)模和效率等方面均需提高競爭力。最后提出擴大企業(yè)規(guī)模，提高企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新能力，提升產業(yè)鏈競爭，產業(yè)集群式發(fā)展，加大政策支持等政策建議,提高重慶市電子信息產業(yè)競爭力。
[Abstract]:Electronic information industry as a high-tech industry, its industrial competitiveness directly affects the overall competitiveness of a country or a region. The electronic information industry contributes greatly to the development of industry and economy in China. As an important strategic city in the central and western regions of Chongqing, with the support of relevant policies, the electronic and information industry, as a pillar industry, has begun to take shape. However, there are still many factors that affect the improvement of industrial competitiveness and the sustainable development of industry. Therefore, how to promote the competitiveness of electronic information industry in Chongqing has become an important research topic. According to the relevant literature, the research on the competitiveness of electronic information industry is relatively few, and the research on the competition of electronic information industry in Chongqing is even more inadequate. Therefore, the significance of this study is to evaluate and analyze the competitiveness of Chongqing's electronic information industry on the basis of relevant statistical data, to find out the factors affecting the competitiveness of Chongqing's electronic information industry and to find out the competitive disadvantage in the development of Chongqing's electronic information industry. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness of electronic information industry in Chongqing to promote the further development of electronic information industry in Chongqing. This paper is based on the relevant literature and economic theory, summarizes the scholars' existing research, first of all, based on the relevant theories of industrial competitiveness, clarifies the connotation of industrial competitiveness, electronic information industry and other concepts. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of electronic information industry in Chongqing. Then, using the research method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, select the evaluation index from the qualitative analysis of different factors that affect the industrial competitiveness, and construct the index system, collect the statistical data of 28 provinces and cities in China. This paper uses factor analysis method to empirically evaluate the competitiveness of regional electronic information industry, analyzes the main influencing factors of the development of Chongqing electronic information industry, finds out the disadvantages in the competition, and puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the competitiveness of electronic information industry. Based on the empirical analysis and comparative analysis of electronic information industry in 28 provinces and cities, this paper evaluates the competitiveness of electronic information industry in Chongqing. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: the comprehensive ranking of the competitiveness of the electronic information industry in Chongqing is at the intermediate level, and the overall development is good. In particular, the scale and benefit factors rank in the middle of the national ranking, and the enterprise and efficiency factors rank first. Chongqing electronic information industry needs to improve its competitiveness in scale and efficiency. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as enlarging the scale of enterprises, improving the technological innovation ability of enterprises, enhancing the competition of industrial chain, developing industry cluster, increasing policy support, and so on, so as to improve the competitiveness of electronic information industry in Chongqing.
