【摘要】：工業(yè)投資是影響一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素，合理的工業(yè)投資不僅能夠促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)有效增長(zhǎng)，而且更能夠帶動(dòng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的加快發(fā)展。長(zhǎng)期以來，工業(yè)投資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響研究是國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界的研究熱點(diǎn)。當(dāng)前主要的觀點(diǎn)認(rèn)為：在工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段，工業(yè)投資仍然是增強(qiáng)工業(yè)發(fā)展后勁的重要支撐，工業(yè)投資增長(zhǎng)乏力，勢(shì)必影響工業(yè)發(fā)展后勁，加大工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)下滑的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此，，應(yīng)進(jìn)一步通過擴(kuò)大工業(yè)投資，提高工業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的產(chǎn)出比重。同時(shí)，政府相關(guān)部門應(yīng)當(dāng)建立產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與投資結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)聯(lián)體制。 廣西作為一個(gè)加快實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式趕超發(fā)展的后發(fā)展欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)，工業(yè)化剛剛邁入中期階段，工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展正處于快速發(fā)展階段，呈現(xiàn)一片大好發(fā)展前景，工業(yè)投資在這個(gè)時(shí)候無疑在廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。它不僅對(duì)當(dāng)前工業(yè)發(fā)展有投資效應(yīng)，而且能夠提高產(chǎn)業(yè)長(zhǎng)期的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、增強(qiáng)工業(yè)發(fā)展后勁、調(diào)整優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、形成新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)、構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代工業(yè)體系、推進(jìn)新型工業(yè)化進(jìn)程，促進(jìn)廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)跨越式發(fā)展方面均具有重要意義。 文章首先從投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的相互關(guān)系上去分析，結(jié)合相關(guān)理論研究，說明投資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的促進(jìn)作用及經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)對(duì)投資的拉動(dòng)作用。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)廣西工業(yè)投資進(jìn)行總體現(xiàn)狀分析，重點(diǎn)包括廣西工業(yè)投資規(guī)模分析、結(jié)構(gòu)分析、效率分析及特征分析四個(gè)方面。進(jìn)而，采用回歸分析著重研究工業(yè)投資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響因素分析，得出自2008年金融危機(jī)后，廣西工業(yè)投資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的帶動(dòng)效應(yīng)進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)，工業(yè)投資率、工業(yè)投資拉動(dòng)系數(shù)、工業(yè)投資彈性系數(shù)都有較明顯的提升，工業(yè)投資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響越來越大，投資范圍越來越廣，逐步擴(kuò)大到高技術(shù)水平的產(chǎn)業(yè)上。 結(jié)合廣西發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及分析研究結(jié)果，提出了進(jìn)一步提升廣西工業(yè)投資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)促進(jìn)作用的對(duì)策建議，即明確廣西工業(yè)投資的發(fā)展導(dǎo)向：“六個(gè)相結(jié)合”：工業(yè)投資與布局優(yōu)化相結(jié)合、工業(yè)投資與結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化相結(jié)合、工業(yè)投資與發(fā)展效益相結(jié)合、工業(yè)投資與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合、工業(yè)投資與綠色發(fā)展相結(jié)合、工業(yè)投資與兩化融合相結(jié)合。同時(shí)還要充分發(fā)揮政府政策性投資導(dǎo)向作用、拓寬工業(yè)融資平臺(tái)、激勵(lì)民間資本投資、加快產(chǎn)業(yè)載體平臺(tái)建設(shè)、探索投資環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制和強(qiáng)化工業(yè)內(nèi)涵投資增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Industrial investment is an important factor affecting the economic development of a country or region. Reasonable industrial investment can not only promote economic growth effectively, but also accelerate the development of related industries. For a long time, the research on the impact of industrial investment on economic growth has been a hot topic in academic circles at home and abroad. At present, the main point of view is that in the stage of industrial economic development, industrial investment is still an important support to strengthen the stamina of industrial development. The weak growth of industrial investment will inevitably affect the stamina of industrial development and increase the risk of industrial economic decline. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the proportion of industrial output in the national economy by expanding industrial investment. At the same time, the relevant government departments should establish the related system of industrial structure and investment structure. Guangxi, as an underdeveloped region after accelerating the development of leaps and bounds, has just entered the middle stage of industrialization, and the development of industrial industry is in a rapid development stage, presenting a good prospect of development. Industrial investment undoubtedly plays a vital role in Guangxi's economic development at this time. It not only has an investment effect on the current industrial development, but also can improve the long-term market competitiveness of the industry, enhance the stamina of the industrial development, adjust and optimize the industrial structure, form a new economic growth point, and construct a modern industrial system. It is of great significance to push forward the process of new industrialization and promote Guangxi economy to develop by leaps and bounds. This paper first analyzes the relationship between investment and economic growth, combining with the relevant theoretical research, explains the promoting effect of investment on economic growth and the pulling effect of economic growth on investment. On this basis, this paper analyzes the present situation of Guangxi's industrial investment, including the scale analysis, the structure analysis, the efficiency analysis and the characteristic analysis of Guangxi's industrial investment. Furthermore, by means of regression analysis, it is concluded that after the financial crisis of 2008, the driving effect of industrial investment on economic growth in Guangxi has been further enhanced, and the industrial investment rate has been increased. The industrial investment pull coefficient and the industrial investment elasticity coefficient all have the obvious enhancement, the industrial investment to the economic growth influence is more and more big, the investment scope is wider and wider, gradually expands to the high technology level industry. Combined with the present situation of Guangxi's development and the analysis and research results, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for further promoting the role of Guangxi's industrial investment in promoting economic growth. That is to say, the development direction of Guangxi's industrial investment is as follows: "six combinations": industrial investment and layout optimization, industrial investment and structure optimization, industrial investment and development benefit, industrial investment and technological innovation. Industrial investment and green development, industrial investment and the integration of the two. At the same time, it is necessary to give full play to the role of government policy investment guidance, broaden industrial financing platform, stimulate private capital investment, accelerate the construction of industrial carrier platform, explore the evaluation mechanism of investment environment and strengthen the investment growth of industrial connotation.
