【摘要】：隨著中國的快速發(fā)展,中國經(jīng)濟對石油的需求量劇增,而國內(nèi)石油行業(yè)的發(fā)展不足以滿足這一巨大的需求。國內(nèi)的石油供需矛盾日益尖銳,這一現(xiàn)實問題驅(qū)動著中國石油企業(yè)實施對外直接投資戰(zhàn)略。俄羅斯擁有豐富的石油資源，與中國有著長期友好合作關(guān)系。在當今國際經(jīng)濟和政治背景日益復雜的環(huán)境中，如何實施對俄羅斯石油行業(yè)的投資，充分利用俄羅斯的石油資源，保障中國充足的石油供給，滿足經(jīng)濟社會持續(xù)發(fā)展對石油的需求，成為一個值得深入研究的課題。 本文綜合運用理論研究和經(jīng)驗總結(jié)的方法分析中國投資俄羅斯石油行業(yè)。本論文分成三個主要部分：第一部分，主要研究對外投資的相關(guān)理論以及對俄石油投資案例，形成科學的認識，以指導中國對俄羅斯石油行業(yè)的投資；第二部分，主要分析中國投資俄羅斯石油行業(yè)的原因，分析投資企業(yè)自身的優(yōu)勢劣勢以及面臨的機遇挑戰(zhàn)；第三部分，主要研究中國投資俄羅斯石油行業(yè)存在的風險，并針對風險提出一定的建議。 經(jīng)過研究，本文認為：國內(nèi)嚴峻的石油供給形勢、俄羅斯豐富的石油資源以及中俄友好合作關(guān)系是促成中國對俄石油投資的動因；而且中國對俄羅斯石油行業(yè)投資有著自身的優(yōu)勢和機遇；同時，中國對俄石油投資也存在諸多風險，，如金融風險、政治風險、法律風險、監(jiān)管風險等，本文也針對這些風險提出相應的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China, the demand for oil in China's economy has increased sharply, but the development of domestic oil industry is not enough to meet this huge demand. The contradiction between supply and demand of oil in China is becoming more and more sharp, which drives Chinese oil enterprises to carry out the strategy of foreign direct investment. Russia is rich in oil resources and has long-term friendly and cooperative relations with China. In today's increasingly complex international economic and political environment, how to implement investment in the Russian oil industry, make full use of Russia's oil resources, and ensure China's adequate oil supply, To meet the demand for oil in the sustainable development of economy and society has become a subject worthy of further study. This paper analyzes China's investment in Russian oil industry by means of theoretical research and experience summary. This paper is divided into three main parts: the first part mainly studies the theory of foreign investment and the case of Russian petroleum investment to form a scientific understanding to guide China's investment in the Russian oil industry; the second part, It mainly analyzes the reasons why China invests in the Russian oil industry, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the investment enterprises themselves and the opportunities and challenges they face. The third part mainly studies the risks existing in China's investment in the Russian oil industry. And put forward some suggestions in view of the risk. Through the research, this paper thinks: the domestic severe oil supply situation, the rich petroleum resources of Russia and the Sino-Russian friendly cooperation relations are the motive factors to promote the Chinese petroleum investment in Russia; Moreover, China has its own advantages and opportunities for investment in the Russian oil industry. At the same time, China's investment in Russian oil also has many risks, such as financial risks, political risks, legal risks, regulatory risks, etc. This paper also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for these risks.
