【摘要】：我國(guó)大部分油田已進(jìn)入開采中后期,受資源、體制、市場(chǎng)等因素的制約,降本增效的壓力空前加劇。油田企業(yè)逐漸變革發(fā)展重點(diǎn),逐漸以效益為中心,走集約化發(fā)展道路。開展區(qū)塊投入產(chǎn)出分析能夠更有效地實(shí)施精細(xì)化和科學(xué)化的管理模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)塊經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大化,為油田“打造世界一流、實(shí)現(xiàn)率先發(fā)展”做出新的更大貢獻(xiàn)。投入產(chǎn)出分析模式按照事前、事中、事后的思路構(gòu)建全面、系統(tǒng)的分析模式,基于區(qū)塊的投入產(chǎn)出情況,事前分析模式以“預(yù)測(cè)和優(yōu)化”為主線進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)性分析,事中以“預(yù)警控制”為主線進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)控制性分析;事后分析以“效益評(píng)價(jià)”為主線進(jìn)行考核評(píng)價(jià)性分析。首先介紹投入產(chǎn)出分析模式構(gòu)建的背景及意義,其次介紹投入產(chǎn)出分析模式的構(gòu)建基礎(chǔ),包括油田區(qū)塊特性、理論基礎(chǔ)、現(xiàn)狀及問題、必要性和可行性以及投入產(chǎn)出分析模式構(gòu)建的目的、原則和框架。再次介紹區(qū)塊投入產(chǎn)出事后分析模式和投入產(chǎn)出事前分析模式,并以GD油田為對(duì)象對(duì)投入產(chǎn)出分析模式進(jìn)行應(yīng)用分析。最后得出結(jié)論:構(gòu)建油田區(qū)塊投入產(chǎn)出分析模式對(duì)油田是十分必要的,有利于提高油田企業(yè)的精細(xì)化管理水平,促進(jìn)油田效益評(píng)價(jià)的深入與細(xì)化;系統(tǒng)、全面的投入產(chǎn)出分析模式有利于深入分析區(qū)塊的投入產(chǎn)出特性和開發(fā)規(guī)律,三個(gè)子分析模式相互促進(jìn)、相輔相成;油田效益受油價(jià)、成本等因素影響較大,受制于成本不斷上升、產(chǎn)量不斷降低的現(xiàn)狀,油田利潤(rùn)面臨走低趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Most of the oilfields in China have entered the middle and late period of exploitation, and the pressure of reducing costs and increasing efficiency has been intensified unprecedentedly due to the restrictions of resources, system and market. The oilfield enterprises have gradually changed the development focus, gradually focused on the benefits and taken the road of intensive development. The development of block input-output analysis can more effectively implement the refined and scientific management model. The input-output analysis model is based on the prior, in-process and after-effect thinking to construct a comprehensive and systematic analysis model. Based on the input-output situation of the block, the pre-analysis model takes "prediction and optimization" as the main line. Predictive analysis, with "early warning control" as the main line of dynamic control analysis; afterwards analysis with "benefit evaluation" as the main line of assessment and evaluation analysis. Basis, current situation and problems, necessity and feasibility, as well as the purpose, principle and framework of input-output analysis model construction. Introduce the block input-output ex post analysis model and input-output ex ante analysis model again, and take GD oilfield as the object to analyze the input-output analysis model. The output analysis model is very necessary for oilfield, which is helpful to improve the refined management level of oilfield enterprises and promote the deepening and refinement of oilfield benefit evaluation. Benefit is greatly influenced by oil price, cost and other factors. Oilfield profit is facing a downward trend due to the status quo of rising costs and decreasing production.
