遵義某廠區(qū)可再生能源利用評價及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:可再生能源在滿足能源需求、改善能源結(jié)構(gòu)、減少環(huán)境污染、促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展等方面都有著舉足輕重的作用,但由于資源稟賦、技術(shù)水平和消費習(xí)慣等原因,,在我國能源消費結(jié)構(gòu)中煤炭、石油、天然氣等化石能源一直以來都占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位,可再生能源開發(fā)和應(yīng)用仍處于較低水平。隨著可再生能源法規(guī)體系的逐步完善和應(yīng)對氣候變化的需要,我國能源結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的力度不斷加大,加上市場需求的推動,給我國可再生能源的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了良好的內(nèi)外部條件,但其產(chǎn)業(yè)化和規(guī);l(fā)展仍然面臨著許多問題。因此,為探尋可再生能源發(fā)展前景,優(yōu)化可再生能源利用路徑,本文在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了可再生能源利用評價方法及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化模型。 首先,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有能量分析方法中的“能分析法”和“□分析法”,將可再生能源利用評價和結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化模型劃分成兩個并列層次:能評價及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化層次和□評價及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化層次。這兩個層次的構(gòu)成相同,每個層次包括兩個模塊:評價模塊和結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化模塊。指標(biāo)權(quán)重采用改進的層次分析法確定,評價方法選用VIKOR多屬性決策方法。結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化模塊設(shè)置兩個目標(biāo)函數(shù):評價得分最高模型和全壽命周期費用最低模型,分別從宏觀和微觀方面揭示可再生能源的發(fā)展前景和應(yīng)用比例。 然后,介紹了遵義某廠區(qū)的概況,并在現(xiàn)場進行了氣象參數(shù)的測試。根據(jù)不同建筑的要求設(shè)置相應(yīng)的計算參數(shù),計算了廠區(qū)冷熱負(fù)荷。在遵義典型年氣象參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,對廠區(qū)的太陽能、地?zé)崮、風(fēng)能、污水能、工業(yè)余熱資源進行分析,得到可再生能源的利用方式。 最后,以廠區(qū)的太陽能、地?zé)崮堋⑽鬯芾眉夹g(shù)為對象,采用可再生能源利用評價和結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化模型進行能評價、□評價及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。在查閱文獻和參考實際工程項目的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合資源分析結(jié)果,為各評價指標(biāo)合理賦值。能評價的結(jié)果是地?zé)崮茏顑?yōu),污水能其次,太陽能最差;太陽能、地?zé)崮、污水能在能評價得分最高和全壽命周期費用最低方案中所占比重分別為:20.8%、40.5%、38.7%和17.4%、75.1%、7.5%!踉u價的結(jié)果是地?zé)崮茏顑?yōu),太陽能其次,污水能最差;太陽能、地?zé)崮堋⑽鬯茉凇踉u價得分最高和全壽命周期費用最低方案中所占比重分別為:35.2%、37.5%、27.3%和31.6%、60.9%、7.5%
[Abstract]:Renewable energy plays an important role in meeting energy demand, improving energy structure, reducing environmental pollution and promoting economic development. Fossil energy, such as coal, oil, natural gas and so on, have been dominant in the energy consumption structure of China, and the development and application of renewable energy are still at a low level. With the gradual improvement of the legal system of renewable energy and the need to cope with climate change, the adjustment of energy structure in China has been strengthened continuously, and the market demand has promoted the development of renewable energy, which has created good internal and external conditions for the development of renewable energy in China. But its industrialization and scale development still face a lot of problems. Therefore, in order to explore the prospect of renewable energy development and optimize the path of renewable energy utilization, this paper puts forward the evaluation method and structural optimization model of renewable energy utilization based on the existing research. First of all, combining the existing energy analysis methods "energy analysis method" and "- analysis method", The renewable energy utilization evaluation and structural optimization model are divided into two parallel levels: energy evaluation and structural optimization and-evaluation and structural optimization. Each level consists of two modules: the evaluation module and the structure optimization module. The index weight is determined by the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the VIKOR multi-attribute decision making method is used as the evaluation method. Two objective functions are set up in the structural optimization module: the highest evaluation score model and the lowest life-cycle cost model, which reveal the development prospects and application ratio of renewable energy from macro and micro aspects, respectively. Then, the general situation of a factory in Zunyi is introduced, and the meteorological parameters are tested on the spot. According to the requirements of different buildings, the corresponding calculation parameters are set, and the heat and cold loads in the plant area are calculated. Based on the meteorological parameters of typical years in Zunyi, the solar energy, geothermal energy, wind energy, sewage energy and industrial waste heat resources in the plant area were analyzed, and the utilization mode of renewable energy was obtained. Finally, taking the solar energy, geothermal energy and sewage energy utilization technology as the object, the renewable energy utilization evaluation and structure optimization model are used to evaluate the energy utilization and structure optimization. On the basis of consulting the literature and referring to the actual project and combining the result of resource analysis, the evaluation index is assigned reasonably. The result of energy evaluation is that geothermal energy is the best, sewage energy is the second, solar energy is the worst; solar energy, geothermal energy, The proportion of sewage energy in the programs with the highest and lowest life cycle costs for energy evaluation is: 20.8and 40.58.7percent and 17.45.1respectively. The results show that the geothermal energy is the best, the solar energy is the second, and the sewage is the worst; solar energy, geothermal energy, and geothermal energy, The proportion of sewage energy in-evaluation highest score and lowest life cycle cost is: 37.5% 27.3% and 31.60.90% respectively.
