【摘要】：本文著重探討關(guān)于化工企業(yè)Z公司的質(zhì)量管理體系在ISO 9000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求下,如何根據(jù)公司自身的特點(diǎn)和公司及市場(chǎng)環(huán)境建立行之有效的質(zhì)量管理體系。本文并以Z公司為研究案例,主要運(yùn)用全面質(zhì)量管理及相關(guān)的理論,通過(guò)PDCA循環(huán)法、持續(xù)改進(jìn)(CPI)等方法對(duì)Z公司的質(zhì)量管理體系進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)明確質(zhì)量管理職能,對(duì)質(zhì)量管理程序文件加以?xún)?yōu)化,加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量文化和意識(shí)培訓(xùn),完善內(nèi)審機(jī)制等系列舉措,加強(qiáng)和保證Z公司質(zhì)量管理體系的有效和持續(xù)運(yùn)行。運(yùn)用AHP層次分析發(fā)和二級(jí)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法相結(jié)合,建立Z公司質(zhì)量管理體系有效性評(píng)價(jià)模型。通過(guò)對(duì)質(zhì)量管理體系進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析,對(duì)優(yōu)化后的體系有效性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并提出相應(yīng)改進(jìn)措施以持續(xù)保證質(zhì)量管理的有效性。本文的目的不僅是提高Z公司的質(zhì)量管理水平,也期望對(duì)化工企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理起到參考作用。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses how to establish an effective quality management system according to the characteristics of the company itself and the company and market environment under the requirement of ISO 9000 standard for the quality management system of the chemical enterprise Z Company. In this paper, Z Company as a case study, mainly using total quality management and related theory, through the PDCA cycle method, continuous improvement of (CPI) and other methods to Z company quality management system is studied. Through clarifying the quality management function, optimizing the quality management procedure document, strengthening the quality culture and consciousness training, perfecting the internal audit mechanism and so on, strengthening and ensuring the effective and continuous operation of the quality management system of Z Company. The effectiveness evaluation model of quality management system of company Z is established by combining AHP analytic hierarchy process with two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through the systematic analysis of the quality management system, the effectiveness of the optimized system is evaluated, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to ensure the effectiveness of the quality management continuously. The purpose of this paper is not only to improve the quality management level of company Z, but also to play a reference role in the quality management of chemical enterprises.
