【摘要】:煤炭行業(yè)一直都是我國的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),它不但是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),也是社會(huì)進(jìn)步的基礎(chǔ),,同時(shí)還與很多行業(yè)密切相關(guān),如煤炭-石油和電、煤炭-交通-港口-航空事業(yè)、煤炭-電-化學(xué)等產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。早在20多年以前,西方很多發(fā)達(dá)國家就形成了自己的煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,像中國這樣的大國,又處于社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段,煤炭行業(yè)作為其他行業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),顯得尤為重要,內(nèi)蒙古的煤炭資源較為富足,其資源產(chǎn)量位于全國之首,但是它的開采效果不是很理想。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的低迷及國際貿(mào)易局勢(shì)發(fā)生波動(dòng),我國出口受限,在這樣大的雙重壓力下,煤炭的價(jià)格走勢(shì)下降,庫存堆積,產(chǎn)銷失衡,行業(yè)利潤出現(xiàn)明顯下降,暗淡和機(jī)遇并存,在這重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn),調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),努力向節(jié)能、環(huán)保、高效的煤炭行業(yè)發(fā)展是必要選擇。晉陜蒙寧作為我國煤炭生產(chǎn)集聚地,占全國煤炭生產(chǎn)量的67%,但消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)多半位于東南地區(qū),交通運(yùn)輸成為了瓶頸之一,傳統(tǒng)稅收政策帶來了一些固定成本,諸多事項(xiàng)的存在使煤炭行業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略定位迫在眉睫。經(jīng)濟(jì)的再次突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,給西方國家的煤炭行業(yè)帶來了很大的轉(zhuǎn)折,行業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)再次發(fā)生調(diào)整以及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)生整合,與之對(duì)應(yīng)的是國內(nèi)的煤炭行業(yè)也發(fā)生了改變,因此整個(gè)行業(yè)進(jìn)入了全面的整頓階段。這給煤炭企業(yè)帶來了很大的機(jī)會(huì)也帶來了很大的挑戰(zhàn),企業(yè)的董事應(yīng)該好好考慮一下如何進(jìn)行下一步的經(jīng)營,創(chuàng)造更好的價(jià)值。 本論文是以現(xiàn)今國內(nèi)的一些煤炭的發(fā)展情況以及國家對(duì)該行業(yè)的政策作為基礎(chǔ),以內(nèi)蒙古的伊泰煤炭股份有限公司為例來說明新時(shí)期煤炭行業(yè)的目標(biāo)。這個(gè)公司是國家的前百強(qiáng)的企業(yè),主要以煤炭的采集和生產(chǎn)為主要經(jīng)營項(xiàng)目,其中國鐵路的運(yùn)輸和制油也是其中的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營項(xiàng)目之一。目前伊泰煤炭生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營,在伊泰占90%以上的比重,是伊泰的重中之重。新時(shí)期的挑戰(zhàn)促使伊泰開始要提前做好產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合、多元化發(fā)展準(zhǔn)備,以便在新經(jīng)濟(jì)的環(huán)境里保持有持久的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨新一輪發(fā)展模式更替,鑒于其在國家經(jīng)濟(jì)和國際社會(huì)發(fā)展的意義,其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略成為了一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)熱題,內(nèi)蒙古伊泰站在這樣經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下,綜合分析了企業(yè)成長的優(yōu)劣,贏得企業(yè)成長再一次突破。
[Abstract]:The coal industry has always been the basic industry of our country. It is not only the basis for the rapid development of the national economy, but also the basis for social progress. At the same time, it is closely related to many industries, such as coal, oil and electricity. Coal-transportation-port-aviation, coal-electricity-chemical and other industrial chains. As early as more than 20 years ago, many developed countries in the West formed their own coal industry chain. A big country like China is also in the primary stage of socialism. As the foundation of other industries, the coal industry is particularly important. Inner Mongolia has abundant coal resources and its output is the highest in China, but its mining effect is not very good. The economic development is in the doldrums and the international trade situation is fluctuating, our country's export is restricted, under such big double pressure, the coal price trend drops, the inventory accumulates, the production and marketing unbalance, the industry profit appears the obvious decline, dim and the opportunity coexists. At this important economic turning point, it is necessary to adjust the industrial structure and make great efforts to develop the coal industry with energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency. As a coal production gathering place in our country, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Mengning, accounts for 67% of the national coal production, but most of the consumer market is located in the southeast. Transportation has become one of the bottlenecks, and traditional tax policies have brought some fixed costs. The existence of many matters makes the strategic orientation of the coal industry imminent. With the rapid development of the economy, the coal industry in western countries has undergone a great turning point. The structure of the industry has been readjusted again and the industrial chain has been integrated. Correspondingly, the domestic coal industry has also undergone changes. As a result, the whole industry has entered a comprehensive stage of consolidation. This brings great opportunities and challenges to coal companies. The directors of coal companies should think about how to carry out the next step to create better value. This paper is based on the development of some domestic coal and the national policy on the industry, taking the Yitai Coal Co., Ltd. of Inner Mongolia as an example to illustrate the objectives of the coal industry in the new era. The company is one of the top 100 companies in the country, mainly engaged in coal collection and production, and the transportation and oil production of Chinese railways is also one of the production and management projects. At present, the production and operation of Itay coal, accounting for more than 90% of the proportion of Yitai, is the top priority of Yitai. The challenge of the new era urges Yitai to start to prepare for the integration of industrial chain and the diversified development in advance so as to maintain a lasting core competitiveness in the new economic environment. The coal industry is facing a new round of development model replacement. In view of the significance of its development in the national economy and the international community, its development strategy has become an economic hot topic. Comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise growth, to win another breakthrough in enterprise growth.
