醫(yī)藥行業(yè)制藥企業(yè)危機(jī)管理研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)今任何企業(yè)都無法處于真空環(huán)境之中,完全隔離任何因素所帶來的破壞和影響,進(jìn)而在企業(yè)內(nèi)外多種“催化劑”的助推下進(jìn)入惡性循環(huán)的危機(jī)發(fā)展乃至最終破產(chǎn)倒閉難。同時(shí),在全球的各個(gè)角落的每時(shí)每刻,都有著數(shù)不盡的企業(yè)倒下,提醒著我們危機(jī)對企業(yè)發(fā)展的致命性影響。與此同時(shí),我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會進(jìn)入了持續(xù)地快速發(fā)展階段,政府也對民生事業(yè)持續(xù)加大投入,尤其是新時(shí)期醫(yī)療改革推進(jìn)下醫(yī)療診療水平的提高和和全民醫(yī)保的大幅度覆蓋,人民群眾對獲得更好健康知識和疾病診治需求也非常旺盛,為我國制藥企業(yè)在未來的長期向好的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展提供了極大地利好。然而醫(yī)藥行業(yè)尤其是制藥行業(yè)在自身快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也不時(shí)爆出流通和營銷環(huán)節(jié)的商業(yè)賄賂、藥品安全與質(zhì)量問題、廢水廢氣廢料引起的環(huán)境污染等重大丑聞危機(jī),極大地影響了人民群眾對行業(yè)和企業(yè)的認(rèn)可和信賴,進(jìn)而對企業(yè)自身和行業(yè)發(fā)展造成了重大的難以修復(fù)的負(fù)面影響以及不同程度各種各樣的“危機(jī)”。本文題目的提出正是源于作者多年來醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的從業(yè)實(shí)踐和觀察,作者通過對醫(yī)藥行業(yè)制藥企業(yè)發(fā)展歷程中發(fā)生的數(shù)起典型負(fù)面危機(jī)事件的搜集和整理,主要選取醫(yī)藥行業(yè)制藥企業(yè)具有普遍全局性的危機(jī)類型,如“藥品安全”、“商業(yè)賄賂”、“環(huán)境污染”等然后在對國內(nèi)外企業(yè)危機(jī)管理相關(guān)理論介紹和歸納的基礎(chǔ)上,主要采用多案例的論文研究方法對以上國內(nèi)外知名制藥企業(yè)的數(shù)例危機(jī)案例逐步進(jìn)行描述、挖掘、問題闡釋以及成因分析,再進(jìn)一步結(jié)合有關(guān)危機(jī)本體論,分別從企業(yè)的外部宏觀因素、企業(yè)的內(nèi)部因素、連接企業(yè)和其外部相關(guān)利益者的話語行為來歸納上述案例在危機(jī)類型和發(fā)生原因(對企業(yè)外部宏觀環(huán)境因素不敏感、企業(yè)組織執(zhí)行和學(xué)習(xí)能力不足、對外溝通和企業(yè)形象維護(hù)不力)。最后總結(jié)國內(nèi)制藥企業(yè)在危機(jī)管理方面的現(xiàn)狀和不足,給出個(gè)人對于制藥企業(yè)危機(jī)管理相應(yīng)的建議和啟示。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, any enterprise can not be in a vacuum environment, completely isolate the damage and influence brought by any factor, and then under the help of a variety of "catalysts" inside and outside the enterprise, it is difficult to enter the vicious circle of crisis and development, and even the final bankruptcy is difficult. At the same time, in every corner of the world, there are countless enterprises fall, reminding us of the fatal impact of the crisis on the development of enterprises. At the same time, our country's economy and society have entered a stage of sustained and rapid development, and the government has continuously increased its investment in the cause of people's livelihood, especially the improvement of medical diagnosis and treatment level and the substantial coverage of health insurance for all under the push of medical reform in the new period. The people's demand for better health knowledge and disease diagnosis and treatment is also very strong, which provides a great benefit for our country's pharmaceutical enterprises in the future to a good long-term sustainable development. However, while the pharmaceutical industry, especially the pharmaceutical industry, is developing rapidly, at the same time, there are also major scandal crises such as commercial bribery in circulation and marketing links, drug safety and quality problems, environmental pollution caused by waste water and waste gas, etc. It has greatly affected the people's approval and trust to the industry and the enterprise, and has caused the great negative influence which is difficult to repair and various kinds of "crisis" to the development of the enterprise itself and the industry. The topic of this paper is derived from the author's practice and observation in the pharmaceutical industry over the years. The author collects and collates several typical negative crisis events that have occurred in the development of pharmaceutical enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry. This paper mainly selects the generic crisis types of pharmaceutical enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry, such as "drug safety", "commercial bribery", "environmental pollution" and so on, and then on the basis of introducing and summarizing the relevant theories of crisis management of domestic and foreign enterprises. This paper mainly adopts the method of multi-case research to describe, excavate, explain and analyze the causes of several crisis cases of domestic and foreign famous pharmaceutical enterprises step by step, and further combine the crisis ontology. From the external macro factors, the internal factors, the discourse behavior of connecting the enterprises and their external stakeholders, respectively, the types of crisis and the causes of the above cases (not sensitive to the external macro environmental factors of the enterprises) are summarized. The enterprise organization execution and the study ability is insufficient, the external communication and the enterprise image maintenance is weak. Finally, this paper summarizes the current situation and shortcomings of domestic pharmaceutical enterprises in crisis management, and gives the corresponding suggestions and revelations for the crisis management of pharmaceutical enterprises.
