【摘要】：外商直接投資是跨國公司實(shí)施國際化的重要手段,也是發(fā)展中國家引進(jìn)外資的主要方式,在國際資本流動(dòng)中發(fā)揮著重要作用。隨著我國引進(jìn)外商直接投資的規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,外商直接投資成為推動(dòng)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量,對一國的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和升級產(chǎn)生重要影響。自中國加入WTO以來,70%的外資流向了制造業(yè),制造業(yè)一直是外資流入最多且吸引外資最多的部門。外商直接投資對中國制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級必然具有重要的影響。而制造業(yè)領(lǐng)域最大的投資國是日本,因此,研究日本對華制造業(yè)FDI與制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系,具有重要意義。 本文以外商直接投資對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)影響的一般理論為基礎(chǔ),分析和探討日本對華制造業(yè)投資對中國制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。從理論出發(fā),通過對近年來國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)的梳理和分析,并在理解外商直接投資對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級理論后,又圍繞以下幾個(gè)方面就日本對華制造業(yè)投資對中國制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響進(jìn)行了討論： 首先分析了日本對華制造業(yè)投資的發(fā)展變化,探討了FDI對中國制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,定性分析了日本對華制造業(yè)FDI對中國制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響效應(yīng)。 其次,運(yùn)用定量分析,就日本對華制造業(yè)投資與制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高度化進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),為了更深層的了解日本對華制造業(yè)FDI對中國制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)部影響,建立了四個(gè)衡量指標(biāo),分別進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),并就檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。 通過實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),得出結(jié)論如下：日本對華制造業(yè)投資對中國制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化具有正向效應(yīng),且長期影響大于當(dāng)前期影響。但日本對華制造業(yè)FDI對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部指標(biāo)的影響不盡相同。具體表現(xiàn)為,日本對華制造業(yè)FDI對中國制造業(yè)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高度化和技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)度化具有正向效應(yīng),對中國制造業(yè)產(chǎn)值結(jié)構(gòu)高度化和資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)高度化具有負(fù)向效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Foreign direct investment (FDI) is not only an important means for multinational corporations to implement internationalization, but also the main way for developing countries to introduce foreign capital, which plays an important role in the international capital flow. With the expansion of foreign direct investment in China, foreign direct investment has become an important force to promote the economic development of China, which has an important impact on the adjustment and upgrading of a country's industrial structure. Since China's entry into WTO, 70 percent of foreign capital has gone to manufacturing, the sector that has been the biggest inflow and attraction of foreign investment. Foreign direct investment is bound to have an important impact on the upgrading of China's manufacturing industrial structure. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the relationship between Japanese manufacturing FDI and manufacturing industry structure. Based on the general theory of the influence of foreign direct investment on the industrial structure, this paper analyzes and discusses the influence of Japanese manufacturing investment in China on the industrial structure of China's manufacturing industry. Starting from the theory, through combing and analyzing the existing literature at home and abroad in recent years, and after understanding the theory of foreign direct investment to upgrade the industrial structure, It also discusses the impact of Japanese manufacturing investment in China on China's manufacturing industry structure in the following aspects: firstly, it analyzes the development and changes of Japanese manufacturing investment in China. This paper probes into the influence of FDI on the industrial structure of China's manufacturing industry, and qualitatively analyzes the effect of Japanese manufacturing FDI on the industrial structure of China's manufacturing industry. Secondly, by using quantitative analysis, the paper tests Japan's manufacturing investment and industrial structure in China, in order to understand the internal influence of Japan's manufacturing industry FDI on China's manufacturing industry structure. This paper establishes four measurement indexes, carries on the empirical test separately, and analyzes the test results, and puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions. The conclusions are as follows: Japanese manufacturing investment in China has a positive effect on the optimization of manufacturing industry structure in China, and the long-term impact is greater than that in the current period. However, the impact of Japanese manufacturing FDI on the internal indicators of industrial structure is different. Japan's manufacturing industry FDI has positive effects on the employment structure and technological structure of China's manufacturing industry, and negative effect on the higher value structure and higher asset structure of China's manufacturing industry.
