【摘要】：隨著中國市場開放的進一步深入,國內(nèi)各行各業(yè)都受到外來市場的強烈沖擊,市場經(jīng)濟條件下的競爭趨于白熱化。煙草行業(yè)雖然目前受庇護于專賣法,但從長遠來看,不可避免,將不得不站在公平公開的國際競爭舞臺上,直面實力強大的國際競爭對手,參與國際國內(nèi)市場的角逐。為此,煙草行業(yè)積極推廣發(fā)展物流業(yè),為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造第三方利潤,打造核心競爭力。因此,如何搞好物流建設(shè),牢牢控制住煙草市場的物流這一生命線,將關(guān)系到整個行業(yè)的發(fā)展和命運。本文闡述了煙草物流的發(fā)展,簡要介紹了國內(nèi)分揀系統(tǒng)的分類,分析了國內(nèi)物流發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展方向,文章結(jié)合天津煙草物流中心概況,基于對現(xiàn)有模式存在的特點和不足,探討分析未來煙草物流的發(fā)展方向,重點基于天津煙草的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、倉儲建設(shè)和分揀系統(tǒng)改進等方面存在的不足,研究了天津煙草物流中心的再建設(shè)規(guī)劃,最后,通過對天津煙草物流中心分揀系統(tǒng)的研究和改進,結(jié)合相關(guān)專業(yè)知識,從優(yōu)化補貨模式、增加軋箱劃箱機構(gòu)、機械調(diào)整改進、增改控制和程序等各個方面對設(shè)備進行升級,研究物流中心的成本降低和效益提高。
[Abstract]:With the further opening of China's market, all kinds of domestic industries are strongly impacted by foreign markets, and the competition in the market economy tends to be white-hot. Although tobacco industry is sheltered in monopoly law at present, in the long run, it is inevitable that it will have to stand on the stage of fair and open international competition, face the powerful international competitors and compete in the international and domestic market. Therefore, the tobacco industry actively promotes the development of logistics industry, creating third-party profits for enterprises, building core competitiveness. Therefore, how to do a good job of logistics construction and firmly control the logistics lifeline of tobacco market will be related to the development and fate of the whole industry. This paper expounds the development of tobacco logistics, briefly introduces the classification of domestic sorting system, analyzes the present situation and development direction of domestic logistics, and combines with the general situation of Tianjin Tobacco Logistics Center. Based on the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing models, this paper discusses and analyzes the development direction of tobacco logistics in the future, focusing on the deficiencies in the organizational structure, warehouse construction and sorting system improvement of Tianjin tobacco. Finally, through the research and improvement of the sorting system of Tianjin Tobacco Logistics Center, combining with the relevant professional knowledge, from optimizing the replenishment mode, increasing the box rolling mechanism, and improving the mechanical adjustment, the paper studies the reconstruction planning of Tianjin Tobacco Logistics Center, and the improvement of the sorting system of Tianjin Tobacco Logistics Center. Upgrade equipment in various aspects, such as incremental control and procedure, and study the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of logistics center.
