【摘要】：在工業(yè)自動化進程的不斷推進和工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)技術應用不斷推廣的環(huán)境下,中國工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)交換機市場需求出現(xiàn)大幅增長。在日益激烈的市場競爭中,企業(yè)如何在最短的時間內(nèi),利用有限的資源,研發(fā)出新產(chǎn)品,有力地占據(jù)市場則至關重要。項目管理作為一種科學的管理方式和現(xiàn)代經(jīng)營理念的戰(zhàn)略核心,為復雜的大型項目提供了高效而可控的管理模式,使項目能夠按期順利完成,從而使企業(yè)優(yōu)化資源配置,降低成本,提高市場競爭力。本文以項目管理相關知識為基礎,以DP公司LP2000型工業(yè)交換機研發(fā)項目為研究對象,闡述了項目進度計劃與控制的原理、過程和方法以及在工業(yè)交換機研發(fā)項目中的應用。首先介紹了工業(yè)交換機研發(fā)項目的概況,結合企業(yè)實際建立項目組織結構,明確各崗位職責,同時建立了聯(lián)絡溝通機制,從管理上為進度計劃和控制提供保障。文章進一步詳述了該項目進度計劃的編制過程和項目進度控制的具體內(nèi)容。運用科學有效的方法,確定了該項目的網(wǎng)絡進度計劃、關鍵路徑、關鍵工作等,并對項目進度計劃進行了適當?shù)恼{(diào)整和優(yōu)化,這樣更有利于項目的管理和控制。文章對項目進度控制中存在的問題進行了探討,并提出了相應的解決措施。最后總結了項目工作的運行情況,對項目管理科學在研發(fā)項目中的應用進行了認真的分析,為今后進一步的完善和推廣打下了基礎。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial automation and the popularization of industrial Ethernet technology, the market demand of industrial Ethernet switch in China has increased greatly. In the increasingly fierce market competition, it is very important for enterprises to develop new products with limited resources in the shortest time. Project management, as a scientific management mode and the strategic core of modern management concept, provides an efficient and controllable management model for complex large-scale projects, which enables the project to be completed smoothly on schedule, thus making the enterprise optimize the allocation of resources. Reduce costs and improve market competitiveness. Based on the related knowledge of project management and taking the R & D project of LP2000 type industrial switch of DP Company as the research object, this paper expounds the principle, process and method of project schedule planning and control, as well as its application in the R & D project of industrial switch. This paper first introduces the general situation of the R & D project of industrial switch, establishes the organization structure of the project, clarifies the duties and responsibilities of each post, and establishes a communication mechanism to guarantee the schedule planning and control from the management point of view. The paper further details the preparation process of the project schedule and the specific contents of the project schedule control. By using scientific and effective methods, the network schedule, critical path and key work of the project are determined, and the project schedule is adjusted and optimized, which is more beneficial to the management and control of the project. This paper discusses the problems existing in the project schedule control, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. Finally, the paper summarizes the running situation of the project, analyzes the application of the project management science in the R & D project, and lays a foundation for further improvement and popularization in the future.
