【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行問題是戰(zhàn)略管理研究的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行受經(jīng)營環(huán)境、文化、企業(yè)管理者的理念等因素影響,如何有效地將企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略落地是各企業(yè)面臨的共同難題。績效管理對于落實(shí)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的凝聚力、市場競爭力以及提升工作效能都發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。因此,本文將對企業(yè)如何圍繞戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行,完善績效管理體系,提高績效管理水平開展研究。本文以四川DQ公司為例,在研究DQ公司戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行與績效管理體系構(gòu)建的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)研究兩者的結(jié)合地帶,即戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行與績效管理的承接關(guān)系。通過理論知識研究及相應(yīng)管理工具的分析,結(jié)合公司實(shí)踐,分析影響DQ公司戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行與績效管理結(jié)合地帶之間的重要點(diǎn)、關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。首先介紹了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行與績效管理的相關(guān)理論,并總結(jié)了各種先進(jìn)的績效管理工具的運(yùn)用情況。其次,以DQ公司為例,分析了公司的戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行與績效管理現(xiàn)狀,接著探討其存在的問題,并進(jìn)行了闡述和原因分析。最后,就DQ公司為例,從基于戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行的績效管理體系構(gòu)建方面對DQ公司戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行過程進(jìn)行分析,找出公司戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),分析關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),通過關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)與績效管理體系的承接關(guān)系,引入戰(zhàn)略地圖、BSC(平衡計(jì)分卡)、KPI(關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo))、PDCA循環(huán)等相關(guān)理論知識與管理工具,找出戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行與績效管理體系的結(jié)合方法,最終構(gòu)建起支撐公司戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行的績效管理體系。通過管理體系的構(gòu)建,使DQ公司管理者能夠清晰的看到公司戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),從而引導(dǎo)從組織構(gòu)架、資源分配等方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,解決公司戰(zhàn)略落地問題。
[Abstract]:Strategic implementation is a key and difficult point in the study of strategic management. The implementation of enterprise strategy is influenced by the management environment, culture and the concept of enterprise managers. How to effectively land the development strategy of enterprises is a common problem faced by all enterprises. Performance management plays an irreplaceable role in the implementation of enterprise strategic objectives, the enhancement of corporate cohesion, market competitiveness and work efficiency. Therefore, this paper will focus on how to implement strategy, improve performance management system and improve performance management level. Taking Sichuan DQ Company as an example, based on the study of DQ Company's strategic implementation and performance management system construction, this paper focuses on the combination of the two zones, that is, the relationship between strategic implementation and performance management. Through the research of theoretical knowledge and the analysis of corresponding management tools, combined with the practice of the company, this paper analyzes the important points and key points that affect the combination of strategy execution and performance management of DQ company. Firstly, it introduces the theories of strategy implementation and performance management at home and abroad, and summarizes the application of various advanced performance management tools. Secondly, taking DQ Company as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of strategy implementation and performance management of DQ Company, then discusses the existing problems, and analyzes the reasons. Finally, taking DQ company as an example, this paper analyzes the implementation process of DQ company's strategy from the aspect of constructing performance management system based on strategic execution, finds out the key points of the company's strategy implementation, and analyzes the key points. Through the relationship between the key points and the performance management system, this paper introduces the strategic map BSC (balanced Scorecard) KPI (key performance Index) and other related theoretical knowledge and management tools, and finds out the combination of strategic implementation and performance management system. Finally, build up the performance management system to support the implementation of the company strategy. Through the construction of management system, the managers of DQ company can clearly see the key points of the implementation of the company strategy, so as to guide the optimization from the aspects of organizational structure, resource allocation and so on, so as to solve the problem of strategic landing of the company.
