天科股份項目設(shè)計經(jīng)理績效考核體系的研究
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the performance appraisal system of Sichuan Tianyi Technology Co., Ltd. According to the "syllogism" train of thought of problem raising, problem analysis and problem solving, the performance appraisal system of design manager is established. The project design manager's performance appraisal scheme is determined quickly and accurately by using the interview with the design manager or the employee performance appraisal index personnel to discuss with the relevant design and management staff of Sichuan Tianyi Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The key performance index (KPI) is introduced into the evaluation of design manager's performance, which is analyzed and applied from three aspects: task, management and ability. It is helpful to improve the level of project design manager in Sichuan Tianyi Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The key point of this paper is to establish a set of performance appraisal index and evaluation system suitable for the project design manager of Sichuan Tianyi Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The task performance appraisal includes the degree of actual completion of work, the difficulty of work, the quality of work, the efficiency of work. Quantification and appraisal of workload, cost, etc., management performance appraisal includes work planning, coordination and communication ability, adaptability, meticulous and so on, and ability performance appraisal includes experience, knowledge, professional skill, etc. Work attitude and other aspects of quantification and assessment. According to the four main steps of the performance appraisal process (setting up the regular evaluation team, proposing the performance appraisal plan, applying the performance appraisal plan, Feedback of performance appraisal information), the design and application of performance appraisal scheme for project design manager of Sichuan Tianyi Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Through the analysis of the management process of Shenhua coal oil production project, according to the four parts of start-up stage management, plan stage management, executive phase management, final phase management, work decomposition, performance goal confirmation, change confirmation, Customer confirmation, etc. According to the performance goal of Shenhua coal oil production project management process, the performance appraisal scheme of Tianke stock design manager is used to evaluate the performance of Shenhua coal oil production project design manager according to the performance appraisal process. According to the progress plan and the milestone, the plan is analyzed and compared at the key nodes, and the corresponding performance appraisal index is obtained. After these indicators are summarized and processed, the results of the performance appraisal of the design manager are obtained. The successful implementation of the performance appraisal of Shenhua coal production project design manager will effectively enhance the design manager's attention to performance planning and continuous performance communication, and improve the level of project design manager. In order to improve the design level and performance of Sichuan Tianyi Science and Technology Co., Ltd., it also provides some concrete ideas or methods for measuring the level of design managers in the survey and design industry.
