【摘要】：銅是人類最早使用的金屬，是當(dāng)今世界高新技術(shù)發(fā)展和國防建設(shè)的重要支撐材料，關(guān)系到國民經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈和國防安全。它以導(dǎo)熱、耐磨、導(dǎo)電、易鑄造、機(jī)械性能好、易制成合金等性能，被廣泛地應(yīng)用于各工業(yè)和軍事領(lǐng)域，，世界普遍認(rèn)為，銅的消費(fèi)量和用途的多少，往往客觀真實(shí)地反映一個(gè)國家工業(yè)化程度的狀態(tài)。雖然，我國銅的應(yīng)用有較為悠久的歷史，但只是在近60年銅產(chǎn)業(yè)才得到較快發(fā)展。特別是改革開放之后，我國銅工業(yè)取得輝煌成就，建成了比較完整的銅工業(yè)生產(chǎn)體系，步入世界上重要銅生產(chǎn)國行列，成為世界第一大銅消費(fèi)國。目前，銅工業(yè)整體水平，銅儲(chǔ)量不足的問題較為突出（精煉銅產(chǎn)量只占世界的20%左右，更為關(guān)鍵的是我國銅儲(chǔ)量只占世界的5.5%），隨著我國工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn)，我國銅資源供需矛盾將不斷加劇。 論文在深入調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，放眼全球和全國銅產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，結(jié)合我省的實(shí)際，研究我省銅產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略與發(fā)展。本文在研究相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，從銅產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展國際背景、國內(nèi)現(xiàn)狀、我省現(xiàn)況三個(gè)層次，立體分析當(dāng)今世界銅產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展形勢(shì)。然后通過SWOT分析法全面對(duì)比，分析我省發(fā)展銅產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，機(jī)會(huì)與威脅。再從總體思路、主要任務(wù)、戰(zhàn)略步驟、戰(zhàn)略體系幾個(gè)方面闡述我省江西銅產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展思路和戰(zhàn)略體系。最后從建立資源保障體系、形成產(chǎn)業(yè)集群優(yōu)勢(shì)、加強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新、發(fā)揮龍頭產(chǎn)業(yè)影響力和帶動(dòng)力、延伸和完善產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面提出江西銅產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Copper is the first metal used by human beings and is an important supporting material for the development of high and new technology and national defense construction in the world, which is related to the lifeblood of national economy and the security of national defense. It is widely used in various industrial and military fields because of its thermal conductivity, wear-resisting, conductive, easy casting, good mechanical properties, and easy to be made into alloys. Often objectively and realistically reflect the state of a country's industrialization. Although the application of copper in China has a long history, the copper industry has developed rapidly only in the past 60 years. Especially after the reform and opening up, China's copper industry has made brilliant achievements, built a relatively complete copper industry production system, entered the ranks of the world's important copper producers, and become the world's largest copper consumer. At present, the overall level of copper industry and the shortage of copper reserves are more prominent (the output of refined copper is only about 20% of the world's output, and the more crucial is that China's copper reserves only account for 5.5% of the world's). With the development of China's industrialization process, The contradiction between supply and demand of copper resources in China will be intensified. On the basis of deep investigation, the paper studies the strategy and development of copper industry in our province by looking at the development trend of copper industry in the world and the whole country, and combining with the reality of our province. Based on the research of relevant theories, this paper analyzes the development situation of copper industry in the world from three levels: the international background of copper industry development, the present situation in China and the present situation in our province. Then, through SWOT analysis, the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of copper industry in our province. Then from the overall thinking, main tasks, strategic steps, strategic system several aspects of Jiangxi copper industry development ideas and strategic system. Finally, the countermeasures of Jiangxi copper industry development are put forward from the following aspects: establishing resource guarantee system, forming industrial cluster advantage, strengthening scientific and technological innovation, giving play to the influence and driving force of leading industry, extending and perfecting industrial chain, developing circular economy, etc.
