【摘要】：以大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代棉紡織企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)管理為背景,介紹了當(dāng)前常用的棉紡織設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)采集方式,分析了棉紡織企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)管理的需求,建立了大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代棉紡織企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)的基本架構(gòu)。系統(tǒng)通過終端數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備能夠完成數(shù)據(jù)采集功能并存入數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),形成大數(shù)據(jù),然后由系統(tǒng)對(duì)存放在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理、分析,以便為企業(yè)管理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策提供支持。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,使用系統(tǒng)以后,棉紡織企業(yè)的信息化水平得到了全面的提高,數(shù)據(jù)的精度、及時(shí)性得到了大幅的提升,同時(shí)為企業(yè)節(jié)能減排提供了充足的數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:Based on the data management of cotton textile enterprises in big data era, this paper introduces the data collection methods of cotton textile equipment, and analyzes the demand of data management in cotton textile enterprises. The basic structure of cotton textile enterprise data management system in big data era is established. Through the terminal data acquisition equipment, the system can complete the data acquisition function and store the data into the database, form the big data, and then process and analyze the data stored in the database by the system, in order to provide support for the enterprise management and leadership decision. The application results show that, after using the system, the information level of cotton textile enterprises has been comprehensively improved, the accuracy and timeliness of data has been greatly improved, and sufficient data support has been provided for the enterprises to save energy and reduce emissions.
