SG集團(tuán)噴吹煤采購(gòu)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理研究
[Abstract]:Since 2011, under the influence of the two bottom of the global economy and the influence of China's real estate regulation, the downstream demand of the steel industry continues to be sluggish, while steel production capacity is increasing in the same period, the imbalance between supply and demand has led to a rapid decline in steel prices. At the same time, the cost of raw fuel in the upper reaches of steel continues to maintain high. In order to reduce the cost of procurement, steel The enterprise began to work on the construction of the procurement system for the raw fuel resources..SG group is currently carrying out centralized procurement of coal resources of three steel enterprises under the group, but there is no systematic and complete coal resource procurement system. In order to adapt to the changes in the environment and the needs of the development of the company, it is suitable to build a suitable system. The enterprise's own demand for coal resource procurement system is very necessary. Progress management is one of the most critical elements in project management, the reasonable arrangement and control of the project progress, the time of a project can be completed on time, the quality and cost of the project is also very important. The related knowledge in management is mainly studied in the following aspects: first, on the basis of the knowledge of project management, on the basis of fully analyzing the necessity of establishing the construction of coal resource procurement system by SG group, through the establishment of the project organization structure, the scope of the project is clearly defined, the successively relation and time limit of the projects are determined, and the reasonable selection is made. The project progress plan is compiled, and the project progress plan is set up by SG group to build the coal resource purchasing system. Two is to set up the key point of the project control through the establishment of the project control process and make use of the project progress report to make the project schedule control plan, and in the organization, system, economy, technology and so on. In order to prevent the project progress from being carried out in accordance with the planned period of work, the project progress deviation is analyzed and adjusted to ensure that the actual progress of the project is consistent with the schedule of the project. Through the research on the progress management of the construction project of the coal resource procurement system for the SG group. The application of cable project schedule management in the construction of the resource purchasing system of steel enterprises, draw some conclusions with research and practical significance, improve the status of the coal injection system of SG group and enhance the ability of the enterprise to control the resources. In addition, through this study, it also hopes to manage the resource purchasing body of the steel enterprise for the project progress. The application of the Department's construction field provides some valuable reference.
