以A公司為案例的人力資源管理外包研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界,經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和市場(chǎng)需求不斷地發(fā)現(xiàn)變化,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,企業(yè)需要把自身的關(guān)注點(diǎn)和所有力量集中到核心業(yè)務(wù)上,并尋找合適的供應(yīng)商協(xié)助管理非核心環(huán)節(jié)或薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。人力資源管理外包是人力資源管理的一種新形式,是當(dāng)今世界信息科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展和社會(huì)分工的產(chǎn)物,是未來(lái)人力資源管理的必然趨勢(shì)。而在我國(guó),盡管國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)由人事管理向人力資源管理的轉(zhuǎn)變剛剛起步,但現(xiàn)代人力資源管理理念及方法仍得到了較快的普及,目前也正在以‘驚人的速度迅速發(fā)展,并成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人力資源管理的未來(lái)之路。近年來(lái),人力資源管理外包在我國(guó)的興起和迅速發(fā)展,為企業(yè)提供了一條有效解決人力資源管理問(wèn)題的途徑。如何恰當(dāng)運(yùn)用人力資源管理外包來(lái)降低人力資源成本已經(jīng)成為許多企業(yè)高層人士和人力資源管理者的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)。 本文針對(duì)人力資源管理外包日益普遍的現(xiàn)象,立足于實(shí)踐,從企業(yè)的角度出發(fā),在認(rèn)真分析和研究國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于人力資源管理外包研究的基礎(chǔ)上,深入的分析了人力資源管理外包的基礎(chǔ)理論,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于人力資源管理外包的基本理論,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)回顧闡述了人力資源管理外包的概念、類型、理論基礎(chǔ)、動(dòng)因、優(yōu)勢(shì)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制,加強(qiáng)了對(duì)人力資源管理外包的深刻認(rèn)識(shí)。同時(shí)提出企業(yè)在實(shí)際進(jìn)行人力資源管理外包時(shí),須對(duì)多種理論進(jìn)行組合運(yùn)用,并根據(jù)自身和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的實(shí)際情況,適當(dāng)?shù)胤治鋈肆Y源管理外包在本企業(yè)中運(yùn)用的可性行。然后,分析了我國(guó)企業(yè)人力資源管理的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,描述了人力資源管理外包在國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用情況、國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)對(duì)人力資源管理外包的一些認(rèn)知和一些已經(jīng)使用人力資源管理外包的企業(yè),并且說(shuō)明了目前國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)上對(duì)于人力資源管理外包服務(wù)的分類及相應(yīng)服務(wù)內(nèi)容,讓大家對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)的人力資源管理外包現(xiàn)狀有相應(yīng)的了解探討了我國(guó)企業(yè)人力資源管理的未來(lái)發(fā)展的方向和趨勢(shì),分別從不同的角度分析了人力資源管理外包在我國(guó)企業(yè)中應(yīng)用可能存在和產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。最后,以A公司的實(shí)際情況為例,分析了A公司進(jìn)行人力資源管理外包的可行性。同時(shí)介紹了人力資源管理外包存在的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施。文章并通過(guò)案例研究來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)人力資源管理外包方案,為企業(yè)人力資源管理外包活動(dòng)提供借鑒,促進(jìn)人力資源管理外包活動(dòng)在我國(guó)企業(yè)中迅速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the economic environment and market demand are constantly changing, and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Enterprises need to focus their attention and all their strength on the core business. And find suitable suppliers to assist in the management of non-core links or weak links. The outsourcing of human resource management is a new form of human resource management, the product of the development of information science and technology and social division of labor in the world today, and the inevitable trend of human resource management in the future. In China, although the transition from personnel management to human resource management in domestic enterprises is just beginning, the modern concept and methods of human resource management have been popularized rapidly, and are also developing rapidly at an alarming speed. And become the future road of modern enterprise human resource management. In recent years, the rise and rapid development of human resource management outsourcing in China provides an effective way for enterprises to solve human resource management problems. How to use human resource management outsourcing to reduce the cost of human resources has become the focus of many senior people and human resource managers. This paper aims at the increasingly common phenomenon of human resource management outsourcing, based on practice, from the point of view of enterprises, on the basis of serious analysis and research on the research of human resources management outsourcing at home and abroad. This paper deeply analyzes the basic theory of human resource management outsourcing, combined with the basic theory of human resources management outsourcing at home and abroad, and expounds the concept, types, theoretical basis and motivation of human resources management outsourcing through literature review. Advantage and risk control, strengthened to the human resources management outsourcing profound understanding. At the same time, it is pointed out that when enterprises carry out human resource management outsourcing in practice, they should combine various theories, and according to the actual situation of their own and market environment, analyze the feasibility of using human resources management outsourcing in this enterprise. Then, it analyzes the reality of human resource management in Chinese enterprises, and describes the application of human resource management outsourcing in domestic enterprises. Some cognition of human resource management outsourcing in domestic market and some enterprises that already use human resources management outsourcing, and explain the classification and corresponding service content of human resources management outsourcing service in domestic market at present. Let everyone have a corresponding understanding of the current situation of human resource management outsourcing in domestic enterprises and discuss the direction and trend of the future development of human resources management in Chinese enterprises. This paper analyzes the possible risks of the application of human resource management outsourcing in Chinese enterprises from different angles. Finally, taking the actual situation of company A as an example, the feasibility of outsourcing human resources management in company A is analyzed. At the same time, it introduces all kinds of risks existing in human resource management outsourcing and measures to avoid them. This paper also designs the human resource management outsourcing scheme through the case study to provide reference for the enterprise human resources management outsourcing activities and promote the rapid development of human resources management outsourcing activities in Chinese enterprises.
