【摘要】："制造強國的主要指標研究"是中國工程院"制造強國戰(zhàn)略研究"重大咨詢項目中的一個課題,于2013年1月啟動,一年多來,課題組圍繞指標體系構(gòu)建、制造強國指數(shù)評價、戰(zhàn)略路徑等方面多次召開課題組會和專家研討會。課題組在充分研究國內(nèi)外指標體系、工業(yè)發(fā)達國家強國之路的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細分析了我國制造業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,提出了制造強國的內(nèi)涵和特征,構(gòu)建了制造強國評價指標體系,并對國際上公認已是制造強國的典型國家進行了研究、也對我國制造強國的進程進行了預測。同時結(jié)合指標體系的構(gòu)建和評價結(jié)果,提出推進制造強國的戰(zhàn)略路徑。
[Abstract]:"Research on the main indicators of manufacturing power" is one of the major consulting projects of "strategic study of manufacturing power" of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. It was launched in January 2013. In the past year or so, the research group has built up the index system and evaluated the manufacturing power index. Strategic path and other aspects of the convening of a number of groups and expert seminars. On the basis of fully studying the index system at home and abroad and the road to a powerful country in industrial developed countries, the research group has analyzed in detail the present situation of manufacturing industry in China, put forward the connotation and characteristics of manufacturing power, and constructed the evaluation index system of manufacturing power. The typical countries which have been recognized as manufacturing power in the world are studied and the process of manufacturing power in our country is forecasted. At the same time, combined with the index system construction and evaluation results, the strategic path to promote manufacturing power is put forward.
