【摘要】：正首鋼集團(tuán)(以下簡稱首鋼)作為國有特大型企業(yè)集團(tuán),首鋼始終堅持依靠改革推動企業(yè)發(fā)展。20世紀(jì)80年代,首鋼率先實行承包制,使企業(yè)得到快速發(fā)展,綜合實力明顯增強(qiáng);進(jìn)入新世紀(jì),首鋼實施了搬遷調(diào)整,使鋼鐵業(yè)的區(qū)域布局和產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)得到調(diào)整,為企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)前,鋼鐵行業(yè)進(jìn)入史無前例的"寒冬",面臨市場環(huán)境的急劇變化和企業(yè)多元化發(fā)展的實際,近兩年來首鋼深入貫徹黨的十八大精神,推動集團(tuán)管控體系改革和財務(wù)專
[Abstract]:Shougang Group (hereinafter referred to as Shougang) as a state-owned super large enterprise group, Shougang always adhere to rely on reform to promote the development of enterprises in the 1980s, Shougang took the lead in the implementation of the contract system, so that the rapid development of enterprises, the comprehensive strength is obviously enhanced; In the new century, Shougang carried out relocation adjustment, which adjusted the regional layout and product structure of steel industry, and laid a foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises. At present, the iron and steel industry has entered an unprecedented "winter", facing the sharp changes in the market environment and the reality of diversified development of enterprises. In the past two years, Shougang has thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and promoted the reform of the management and control system of the Group and the financial specialty.
