首鋼集團(tuán)管控體系改革及財(cái)務(wù)專業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的探索
[Abstract]:Shougang Group (hereinafter referred to as Shougang) as a state-owned super large enterprise group, Shougang always adhere to rely on reform to promote the development of enterprises in the 1980s, Shougang took the lead in the implementation of the contract system, so that the rapid development of enterprises, the comprehensive strength is obviously enhanced; In the new century, Shougang carried out relocation adjustment, which adjusted the regional layout and product structure of steel industry, and laid a foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises. At present, the iron and steel industry has entered an unprecedented "winter", facing the sharp changes in the market environment and the reality of diversified development of enterprises. In the past two years, Shougang has thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and promoted the reform of the management and control system of the Group and the financial specialty.
