義烏市供電局集體企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略管理研究
[Abstract]:Factory-run collective enterprises are produced and developed under specific historical conditions in our country. They play an important role in relieving employment pressure and promoting the development of national economy. However, with the establishment and continuous improvement of market economy system in China, the development of factory and collective enterprises meets many problems, which seriously affect and restrict their survival and development. According to the needs of the times, under the background of the small scale pilot and the gradual improvement of the pilot policy, on April 18, 2011, the National Office of the State issued the document 18 to implement the collective reform of the factory and office in the whole country. As a collective enterprise run by Yiwu Power supply Bureau, how to develop orderly and healthily under this policy has become an urgent matter. This paper first through a large number of data analysis and current situation research, under the guidance of the relevant theory of enterprise development strategy, combined with Yiwu Power supply Bureau to run collective enterprises, This paper analyzes the external and internal environment of the collective enterprises run by Yiwu Power supply Bureau, analyzes the SWOT analysis of the collective enterprises run by the power supply bureau of Yiwu, and analyzes the main products of the enterprises based on the Boston Matrix Theory. This paper puts forward the development strategy of the collective enterprises run by the power supply bureau of Yiwu, and provides the reference for the development strategy management of the power supply bureau of Yiwu. The development strategy of the collective enterprises run by Yiwu Power supply Bureau mainly includes the strategic guiding ideology, strategic objectives, strategic principles, strategic positioning, strategic situation selection, and strategic focus of the future development of the enterprise. Major strategic measures and implementation of the strategy of the main stages. This research is completed on the basis of summarizing the development practice of the collective enterprises run by the power supply bureau of Yiwu and our country for many years, and has certain practical significance and guiding function for the development of the collective enterprises run by the power supply bureau of Yiwu in the future. At the same time, to promote the national factory-run collective enterprise reform and development will also have certain reference significance.
