【摘要】:隨著中國對電力系統基礎建設投入的不斷加大,智能型輸配電產品在電力行業(yè)的廣泛應用和電力設備制造業(yè)科學管理理念的深入發(fā)展,環(huán)網柜制造行業(yè)作為一個電力設備生產制造的支柱型行業(yè),正在蓬勃發(fā)展。隨著我國環(huán)網柜生產企業(yè)對現代化管理制度不斷的研究探索和用戶對于輸配電用電安全可靠需求的不斷提高,環(huán)網柜制造業(yè)將日趨走向成熟和穩(wěn)健發(fā)展,技術管理和生產管理在企業(yè)發(fā)展中的重要性將更加突出。本文重點采用理論分析、管理建模、企業(yè)現狀分析、系統實例應用等一系列研究方法,分析和研究某環(huán)網柜制造企業(yè)生產管理和技術管理的現狀、存在的問題、相互之間的關系,并通過環(huán)網柜產品生命周期在產品數據管理系統和企業(yè)資源計劃系統中的管理建模及相關數據的具體分析,揭示了技術管理與生產管理在企業(yè)現代化管理中的集成關系。本文為環(huán)網柜制造廠家提供了現代化管理理論的科學模型,對國內眾多的電力設備生產制造廠家,怎樣更科學系統的進行技術管理、生產管理,并讓二者相互促進,具有重要意義。 現代企業(yè)中,生產管理、技術管理是兩個既獨立又互相促進的關鍵要素。本文從生產管理、技術管理的理論基礎入手,分析了近年來技術管理和生產管理國內外研究現狀,從歷史淵源和發(fā)展近況等方面闡述了二者在現代企業(yè)管理中的地位;搜集了生產管理、技術管理在環(huán)網柜制造企業(yè)的相關數據,通過對二者在現代企業(yè)生產過程中的作用分析,找出了生產管理、技術管理中存在的問題,提出了相應的解決辦法;結合管理學理論和環(huán)網柜制造企業(yè)的管理實踐,建立了生產管理、技術管理的相關管理模型,利用該模型研究了提高管理效率的關鍵技術措施和管理措施,利用模型找出了技術管理、生產管理的相互對應關系,并將這些技術措施和管理措施應用于環(huán)網柜生產企業(yè)中的管理實踐。
[Abstract]:With the increasing investment in power system infrastructure in China, the wide application of intelligent transmission and distribution products in the power industry and the in-depth development of scientific management concept of power equipment manufacturing industry. As a pillar industry of power equipment manufacturing, ring-net cabinet manufacturing industry is booming. With the continuous research and exploration of modern management system and the increasing demand of users for the safety and reliability of power transmission and distribution, the manufacturing industry of ring network cabinets will become more mature and stable. Technology management and production management will be more important in the development of enterprises. In this paper, a series of research methods, such as theoretical analysis, management modeling, enterprise status analysis, system application and so on, are used to analyze and study the current situation and problems of production management and technology management in a ring network cabinet manufacturing enterprise. The relationship between each other, and through the ring cabinet product life cycle in the product data management system and enterprise resource planning system management modeling and related data specific analysis, The integration relationship between technology management and production management in modern enterprise management is revealed. This paper provides the scientific model of modern management theory for the manufacturers of ring net cabinets, how to carry out the technical management, the production management and the mutual promotion of the two kinds of power equipment manufacturers in our country, how to carry on the technical management, the production management more scientifically, and let the two promote each other, It is of great significance. In modern enterprises, production management and technology management are two key elements which are independent and mutually promote each other. Starting with the theoretical basis of production management and technology management, this paper analyzes the research status of technology management and production management at home and abroad in recent years, and expounds their status in modern enterprise management from the aspects of historical origin and development. This paper collects the relevant data of production management and technology management in the manufacturing enterprises of ring net cabinets, through the analysis of their functions in the production process of modern enterprises, finds out the problems existing in the production management and technology management, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. Combined with the management theory and the management practice of the ring net cabinet manufacturing enterprises, the relevant management models of production management and technology management are established, and the key technical measures and management measures to improve the management efficiency are studied by using this model. The corresponding relationship between technology management and production management is found out by using the model, and these technical measures and management measures are applied to the management practice in the production enterprises of ring net cabinets.
