【摘要】：生產(chǎn)率決定著可持續(xù)的工資及資本贏利率水平,是產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的基礎(chǔ)�；仡櫴澜缃�(jīng)濟強國的發(fā)展歷程,可以發(fā)現(xiàn):制造業(yè)微觀生產(chǎn)效率的提升成為經(jīng)濟強國崛起的關(guān)鍵。我國正處于工業(yè)化中后期,制造業(yè)在國際分工體系中仍處于產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈低端。提升我國制造業(yè)競爭力,首先要通過健全單體制造企業(yè)的管控系統(tǒng)以提高企業(yè)運行效率,其次要通過持續(xù)的工藝優(yōu)化以改善制造過程的穩(wěn)定性與受控性,再次要通過動作時間研究來提高員工的動作經(jīng)濟性,最后要通過積累基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)以完善企業(yè)的績效管理體系。
[Abstract]:Productivity determines the level of sustainable wages and capital profitability, and is the basis of industrial competitiveness. Looking back on the development of the world economic power, we can find that the promotion of manufacturing micro production efficiency becomes the key to the rise of economic power. China is in the middle and late stage of industrialization, and the manufacturing industry is still at the low end of the industrial value chain in the international division of labor system. In order to improve the competitiveness of our manufacturing industry, firstly, we should improve the operation efficiency of the enterprises by perfecting the management and control system of the single manufacturing enterprises, and secondly, we should improve the stability and controllability of the manufacturing process through continuous process optimization. Thirdly, it is necessary to improve the action economy of employees through action time research, and finally to improve the performance management system by accumulating basic data.
