【摘要】：設備管理是企業(yè)管理的重要組成部分,是企業(yè)產(chǎn)品質量的保證,也是提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益的重要途徑。設備綜合效率OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness)作為設備管理的重要內(nèi)容和主要指標,受到越來越多的關注,并已開始普遍應用。本文以此為出發(fā)點,結合寶鋼11#連鑄機組實際情況,找到機組設備綜合效率低下的原因,設計1##連鑄機組設備綜合效率提升方案,實現(xiàn)寶鋼1#連鑄機組綜合設備效率的提升。本文首先闡述了選題背景和研究意義、研究思路與主要內(nèi)容以及主要的研究方法;然后介紹了設備綜合效率的內(nèi)涵特征、設備綜合效率的意識以及設備綜合效率中工作研究的理論;接著介紹寶鋼11#連鑄機組的現(xiàn)狀并分析設備存在的一些問題,導入OEE方法,收集OEE計算的相關數(shù)據(jù),計算當前的設備綜合效率,并運用OEE方法對寶鋼1#連鑄機組的設備綜合效率進行分析,得出寶鋼1#連鑄機組設備綜合效率低下的主要原因,最后針對1#連鑄機組設備綜合效率低下的原因,結合1#連鑄機組實際情況,提出設備綜合效率提升措施,包括工藝流程改進、工藝技術改進、設施布置與平面布局改進、機組裝備更新等具體措施并付與實施,再根據(jù)措施實施對預計達到的結果進行評價,以達到設備綜合效率的提升。
[Abstract]:Equipment management is an important part of enterprise management, a guarantee of enterprise product quality and an important way to improve enterprise economic benefits. As an important content and main index of equipment management, OEE (all equipment effectiveness) has been paid more and more attention, and has been widely used. This paper takes this as the starting point, combines the actual situation of Baosteel 11# continuous caster group, finds out the reason of the low comprehensive efficiency of the unit equipment, designs the equipment comprehensive efficiency promotion scheme of the 1 ## continuous casting machine group, and realizes the comprehensive equipment efficiency promotion of Baosteel # continuous caster group. This paper first describes the background and significance of the topic, research ideas and main contents, as well as the main research methods, and then introduces the connotative characteristics of the equipment comprehensive efficiency. The consciousness of the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment and the theory of the work research in the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment, then introduce the present situation of the 11# continuous caster group of Baosteel and analyze some problems existing in the equipment, introduce the OEE method, collect the relevant data of the OEE calculation, The present equipment comprehensive efficiency is calculated, and the comprehensive efficiency of Baosteel's 1# continuous caster group is analyzed by using OEE method. The main reasons for the low comprehensive efficiency of Baosteel's 1# continuous caster group are obtained. Finally, aiming at the reason of the low comprehensive efficiency of the equipment of the 1# continuous caster group, combined with the actual situation of the continuous casting machine group, the paper puts forward the measures to promote the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment, including technological process improvement, process technology improvement, facility layout and plane layout improvement. The specific measures such as unit equipment renewal and so on are put into practice, and then the expected results are evaluated according to the implementation of the measures, in order to achieve the improvement of the equipment comprehensive efficiency.
