【摘要】:倉儲是指利用倉庫及相關(guān)設(shè)施設(shè)備對物品進(jìn)行儲存和保管的行為,無論是在傳統(tǒng)的物資流通領(lǐng)域還是在現(xiàn)代的物流運作過程中,倉儲管理所占據(jù)的地位是非常重要的,既是物資流通的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一,也是物流活動的重要保證。 本文選取了J公司倉庫作為研究對象,首先論述了倉儲管理的現(xiàn)狀,繼而分析了倉儲管理存在的問題。雖然倉庫的倉儲面積只有約1500平方米,但有較為齊全的各種設(shè)施設(shè)備,倉庫采用SAP信息系統(tǒng),日常管理工作較為穩(wěn)定,但隨著客戶對物流服務(wù)的要求不斷提高,倉儲管理工作也顯現(xiàn)出了許多問題:如倉庫布局不合理、貨位管理效率低下、作業(yè)流程不夠規(guī)范、倉庫操作人員效率降低以及倉庫管理系統(tǒng)不能滿足客戶衍生需求等問題。 針對上述問題,對倉儲的各方面管理作進(jìn)一步的全面分析,,運用倉儲管理理論及工業(yè)工程相關(guān)管理方法對倉庫的布局規(guī)劃、出入庫操作流程及倉儲管理系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化工作提出了自己的看法,并結(jié)合實際業(yè)務(wù)流程,開發(fā)了倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)具有獨特的EIQ分析模塊、快速打印快遞單模塊、生成概要性揀配單模塊、維修領(lǐng)料模塊。優(yōu)化方案實施后,倉庫整體布局變得更為合理,倉儲作業(yè)效率有了很大的提高,降低了倉儲整體的運營費用,解決了J公司倉儲所面臨的實際問題。
[Abstract]:Warehousing refers to the use of warehouse and related facilities to store and keep items, whether in the traditional material circulation field or in the modern logistics operation process, warehouse management occupies a very important position. Material circulation is one of the important links, but also an important guarantee of logistics activities. This paper selects the warehouse of company J as the research object, first discusses the present situation of the warehouse management, and then analyzes the existing problems of the storage management. Although the storage area of the warehouse is only about 1500 square meters, but there are more complete facilities and equipment, the warehouse adopts the SAP information system, the daily management work is relatively stable, but with the customer's demand for logistics service increasing, There are also many problems in warehouse management, such as unreasonable warehouse layout, low efficiency of cargo space management, lack of standard operation flow, low efficiency of warehouse operators and the inability of warehouse management system to meet the derivative needs of customers. In view of the above problems, this paper makes a further comprehensive analysis of all aspects of warehouse management, and applies warehouse management theory and industrial engineering related management methods to layout and planning of warehouse, The operation process and the optimization of warehouse management system are put forward, and the warehouse management information system is developed based on the actual business process. The system has a unique EIQ analysis module, a fast printing express single module, a summary selection module, and maintenance module. After the implementation of the optimized scheme, the overall layout of the warehouse becomes more reasonable, the efficiency of the warehouse operation has been greatly improved, the overall operating cost of the warehouse has been reduced, and the practical problems faced by the storage company J have been solved.
