【摘要】:煤層氣是以甲烷(CH4)為主要成分,以吸附狀態(tài)賦存于沉積盆地的煤層中,與煤同體共生的能源礦產(chǎn)。煤層氣是一種潔凈能源,它的開發(fā)和利用,不僅可以減少煤礦開發(fā)的災害,可以減少甲烷向大氣中排放所造成的環(huán)境污染,而且可以接替和補充常規(guī)天然氣的能源礦種,從而有著極大的經(jīng)濟價值、社會效益和環(huán)境效應。 煤層氣地面抽采在我國是一個新興的行業(yè),經(jīng)過十幾年的發(fā)展,部分開發(fā)條件好的地區(qū)已進入規(guī);、產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展道路,但是由于各方面的原因和條件限制,以往的煤層氣抽采項目中很少或是沒有進行經(jīng)濟評價工作。為適應我國煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展的需要,提高項目決策的科學化水平,引導和促進煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)健康、有序發(fā)展,充分發(fā)揮投資效益和社會效益,有必要對煤層氣地面抽采項目進行經(jīng)濟評價研究。 本文通過對煤層氣地面抽采工程的開發(fā)方式、開發(fā)階段、服務年限等進行研究;通過對煤層氣地面抽采項目的特點、經(jīng)濟評價的作用和原則進行研究;通過對煤層有效厚度、含氣量、滲透率、地解比、含氣飽和度、吸附時間和水文地質條件等地質參數(shù)研究;對鉆井工藝、完井工藝、增產(chǎn)工藝、排采工藝和生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)工藝等工藝技術參數(shù)研究,對項目總投資、生產(chǎn)成本、煤層氣價格等經(jīng)濟參數(shù)研究,并結合煤層氣抽采項目的投資估算、資金籌措、生產(chǎn)收入、成本和費用、稅收等經(jīng)濟指標,建立了煤礦區(qū)煤層氣地面抽采項目經(jīng)濟評價的基本模型,該模型包括財務評價、國民經(jīng)濟評價和不確定性分析。通過對2個不同類型的煤層氣抽采項目實例進行分析研究,結果表明:建立的煤礦區(qū)煤層氣地面抽采經(jīng)濟評價模型是適用于煤層氣地面抽采項目經(jīng)濟評價的,并且能取得良好的經(jīng)濟效益、社會效益和環(huán)境安全效益。 論文通過對煤礦區(qū)煤層氣地面抽采項目經(jīng)濟評價研究,,其經(jīng)濟評價指標和經(jīng)濟評價模型對以后類似的項目能起到經(jīng)驗借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Coal-bed methane (CBM) is an energy mineral with methane (Ch _ 4) as the main component and the adsorption state occurring in the coal seam of sedimentary basin and coexisting with coal. Coal bed methane (CBM) is a kind of clean energy. Its development and utilization can not only reduce the disaster of coal mine development, reduce the environmental pollution caused by methane emission into the atmosphere, but also replace and supplement the energy and mineral resources of conventional natural gas. It has great economic value, social benefit and environmental effect. Surface extraction of coalbed methane (CBM) is a new industry in China. After more than ten years of development, some areas with good development conditions have entered the road of large-scale and industrialized development, but due to various reasons and conditions, In the past coalbed methane extraction projects had little or no economic evaluation work. In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of coal bed methane industry in China, improve the scientific level of project decision, guide and promote the healthy and orderly development of coal bed methane industry, give full play to the benefit of investment and social benefit. It is necessary to study the economic evaluation of coalbed methane extraction project. In this paper, the development mode, development stage, service life of CBM surface extraction project are studied, the characteristics of CBM extraction project, the function and principle of economic evaluation, the effective thickness of coal seam are studied. Research on geological parameters such as gas content, permeability, geo-solution ratio, gas saturation, adsorption time and hydrogeological conditions, drilling process, completion process, production increase process, production discharge process and production system process, etc. To study the economic parameters such as total investment, production cost, price of coalbed methane and so on, and combine economic indexes such as investment estimation, fund raising, production income, cost and expense, tax and so on. The basic model of economic evaluation of coalbed methane extraction project in coal mine area is established. The model includes financial evaluation, national economic evaluation and uncertainty analysis. Through the analysis and study of two different types of CBM extraction projects, the results show that the established economic evaluation model of CBM extraction on the ground is suitable for the economic evaluation of CBM extraction projects. And can obtain good economic benefit, social benefit and environmental safety benefit. Through the study on the economic evaluation of coalbed methane (CBM) extraction projects in coal mine area, its economic evaluation index and economic evaluation model can be used for reference to similar projects in the future.
