【摘要】：當(dāng)前,在全球各國(guó)大力提倡和推行下,節(jié)能環(huán)保、綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)成為了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的熱點(diǎn)。綠色照明產(chǎn)品作為應(yīng)用廣泛和民生息息相關(guān)的行業(yè)受到廣泛關(guān)注。LED半導(dǎo)體照明產(chǎn)品由于原理上的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和技術(shù)上的發(fā)展成熟,被稱為第四代綠色照明革命產(chǎn)品。目前已經(jīng)呈現(xiàn)逐漸取代傳統(tǒng)照明和其他節(jié)能燈具的趨勢(shì),并得到多個(gè)國(guó)家和大集團(tuán)的資金和政策上的大力支持和投入。LED照明產(chǎn)品在如此巨大的推動(dòng)力下,技術(shù)發(fā)展可以說是日新月異,可以說誰掌握了LED照明技術(shù)的制高點(diǎn),誰就掌握了未來照明市場(chǎng)的制高點(diǎn)。LED照明產(chǎn)業(yè)同樣也受到了我國(guó)和各地方的政策和資金上的大力支持,是我國(guó)“十二五”重點(diǎn)發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。目前我國(guó)整個(gè)LED產(chǎn)業(yè)從無到有,上中下游產(chǎn)業(yè)在短短二十多年間,已經(jīng)取得重大發(fā)展。在全國(guó)不同地區(qū)形成了各有特點(diǎn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。其中廣東省中山市古鎮(zhèn)鎮(zhèn)就是全球主要的LED照明應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)集群所在地,應(yīng)用燈飾產(chǎn)品占到全國(guó)六成左右,產(chǎn)品向外出口全球多達(dá)180多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū),在世界LED整體產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中形成了舉足輕重的地位,并有“燈飾之都”的稱號(hào)。目前,古鎮(zhèn)LED產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)形成了較為完善的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條,在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)占有了龐大的市場(chǎng)份額。但是觀望未來,市場(chǎng)的機(jī)遇和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并存。面對(duì)世界各地發(fā)展的日益龐大的LED照明市場(chǎng)這一歷史性的機(jī)遇,古鎮(zhèn)的LED產(chǎn)業(yè)整體在當(dāng)前也暴露了很多問題。在出口額穩(wěn)步上升的同時(shí),生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的整體利潤(rùn)卻一直在降低。市場(chǎng)魚龍混雜,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈。產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重。這些問題都在制約著古鎮(zhèn)LED行業(yè)的整體發(fā)展。作為一個(gè)目前已經(jīng)取得了相當(dāng)成績(jī)的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),能否在未來順應(yīng)整體市場(chǎng)變化,鞏固和擴(kuò)大現(xiàn)有的市場(chǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì),保持現(xiàn)有的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭,在未來龐大的市場(chǎng)份額中取得進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,在世界LED整體產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中有一席之地,是中山市相關(guān)政府部門和眾多燈飾生產(chǎn)企業(yè)非常重視和關(guān)心的一個(gè)問題。本篇論文將選取廣東省中山市古鎮(zhèn)LED照明產(chǎn)品的出口作為研究對(duì)象,在深入了解和認(rèn)識(shí)現(xiàn)有出口現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,利用SWOT分析法結(jié)合目前國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外的一些形勢(shì)、政策、法規(guī)分析古鎮(zhèn)LED產(chǎn)業(yè)的外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,分析存在的機(jī)遇和面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并結(jié)合當(dāng)前整體產(chǎn)業(yè)中存在的問題分析內(nèi)部的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。整體綜合分析后對(duì)主要出口優(yōu)勢(shì)和制約因素得出結(jié)論并且根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對(duì)于未來的古鎮(zhèn)LED產(chǎn)業(yè)定位和提高出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力上提出一些建議供相關(guān)部門和企業(yè)進(jìn)行參考。
[Abstract]:At present, energy conservation and environmental protection and green economy have become the hot spot of the global economy. Green lighting products, which are widely used and closely related to people's livelihood, have received wide attention. Led semiconductor lighting products are known as the fourth generation green lighting revolution products because of their advantages in principle and the mature development of technology. At present, it has gradually taken the place of traditional lighting and other energy-saving lamps, and has been greatly supported and invested by many countries and large groups in the financing and policy of .LED lighting products under such a huge driving force. Technology development can be said to be changing with each passing day. It can be said that whoever grasps the commanding point of LED lighting technology, who will grasp the commanding point of the lighting market in the future. The LED lighting industry has also been strongly supported by the policies and funds of our country and other localities. Is our country, "the 12 th five-year plan" key development industry one. At present, the whole LED industry in China has developed from scratch, and the upstream and downstream industries have made great progress in a short span of more than 20 years. In different regions of the country formed their own characteristics of industrial clusters. Among them, Guzhen Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, is the main industrial cluster of LED lighting application products in the world. The applied lighting products account for about 60% of the country, and the products are exported to more than 180 countries and regions in the world. In the world LED industry chain has formed a pivotal position, and has the "lighting capital" title. At present, the LED industry in ancient town has formed a relatively perfect industrial cluster and industrial chain, and occupies a huge market share in the international market. But wait and see the future, market opportunity and risk coexist. Facing the historic opportunity of the increasingly large LED lighting market in various parts of the world, the LED industry in ancient towns has also exposed many problems at present. While exports have risen steadily, the overall profits of producers have been falling. The market is mixed and the competition is fierce. Product homogenization is serious. These problems are restricting the overall development of LED industry in ancient town. As a new industry which has made considerable achievements at present, can we adapt to the overall market changes in the future, consolidate and expand the existing market advantages, maintain the existing development momentum, and achieve further development in the future huge market share? In the world LED industry chain has a place, is Zhongshan related government departments and many lighting manufacturers attach great importance to and care about a problem. This paper will select the LED lighting products export of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province as the research object, on the basis of in-depth understanding and understanding of the existing export status, using SWOT analysis method combined with the current domestic and foreign situation, policies, This paper analyzes the external competitive environment of LED industry in ancient town, analyzes the opportunities and risks, and analyzes the internal competitive advantages and disadvantages in the light of the problems existing in the whole industry. After comprehensive analysis of the main export advantages and constraints of the main conclusions and according to the results of the analysis of the future of ancient towns LED industry positioning and improve the export competitiveness of some suggestions for relevant departments and enterprises for reference.
