【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)承擔(dān)著為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和國防建設(shè)提供生產(chǎn)技術(shù)裝備的重任，是制造業(yè)的核心組成部分。經(jīng)過了半個(gè)多世紀(jì)的發(fā)展，遼寧裝備制造業(yè)集聚了眾多資源，是我國重要的裝備生產(chǎn)基地，為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。然而，隨著時(shí)間的推移，遼寧省裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群也顯現(xiàn)出一些問題：缺乏創(chuàng)新動力、研發(fā)能力弱、技術(shù)水平偏低、在全球價(jià)值鏈上處于中低端。所以應(yīng)對困境、實(shí)現(xiàn)集群升級成為一個(gè)迫切的問題。 本文綜合分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級以及集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論等一系列相關(guān)理論。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了由企業(yè)內(nèi)部網(wǎng)絡(luò)、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)、集群外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)組成的多層次創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)，探討了多層次創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)促進(jìn)集群升級的作用機(jī)理，構(gòu)建了多層次創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)-創(chuàng)新行為-集群升級的機(jī)理模型，為產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級機(jī)理的研究提供了新的理論框架和模型。然后選擇遼寧裝備制造業(yè)集群為案例，分析其多層次創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)現(xiàn)狀、所處階段，最后提出促進(jìn)遼寧裝備制造業(yè)集群的升級路徑的建議。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry is the core component of the manufacturing industry, which undertakes the important task of providing production technology and equipment for the national economy and national defense construction. After more than half a century of development, Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry has gathered a lot of resources, is an important equipment production base in China, and has made great contributions to the national economy. However, with the passage of time, Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry cluster also shows some problems: lack of innovation power, weak R & D capability, low technology level, and in the middle and low end of global value chain. So to deal with the dilemma, to achieve cluster upgrading has become an urgent problem. This paper comprehensively analyzes a series of related theories, such as industrial cluster, industrial cluster upgrading and cluster innovation network theory. On this basis, the paper puts forward a multi-level innovation network composed of enterprise internal network, industrial chain network and cluster external network, and discusses the mechanism of multi-level innovation network promoting cluster upgrading. The mechanism model of multi-level innovation network-innovation behavior and cluster upgrading is constructed, which provides a new theoretical framework and model for the study of industrial cluster upgrading mechanism. Then select Liaoning equipment manufacturing cluster as a case, analyze its multi-level innovation network status, the stage, and finally put forward suggestions to promote the upgrading path of Liaoning equipment manufacturing cluster.
