【摘要】：近年來,隨著石油銷售行業(yè)競爭的加劇,DY公司也面臨巨大的競爭壓力,加油站員工作為DY公司的主要銷售群體,對公司戰(zhàn)略目標的實現起著重要作用。本文根據DY公司加油站員工績效評價中存在的問題,運用現代績效評價理論以及對有關文獻的研究,對DY公司加油站員工績效評價體系進行了全面而深入的分析,找出了DY公司加油站員工績效評價中存在的問題,并重新對加油站員工的績效評價體系進行了設計。主要內容和結論如下:文章以平衡計分卡和KPI的相關理論為依據,結合DY加油站業(yè)務的實際情況,構建DY加油站綜合績效,對加油站的員工績效評價有一定的借鑒作用。本文從如何設計績效指標及其權重,從如何注重加油站員工績效評價的過程和控制入手,力求建立一個科學的、高效的加油站員工績效評價體系。同時在設計和實施新加油站員工績效評價體系的過程中也找到了一些解決問題的新方法、新思路。例如設置加油站員工個人績效指標時,將工作業(yè)績、工作態(tài)度和工作能力三者相結合來,從而彌補了績效指標設置單一且考核不科學的問題。在加油站員工績效準備中,更重視對績效評價人員及其他相關人員的培訓。通過開展績效評價,及時找到加油站員工、零售部門和公司在目標達成上所遇到的問題,并及時加以指導、改進,最終達成DY公司零售經營的整體績效目標。為了使加油站員工績效評價體系有效實施,本文還提出了一些配套措施,如樹立科學的績效評價觀,進行有針對性的培訓,與其他人力資源管理相結合,建立以績效為導向的企業(yè)文化,以保證新的加油站員工績效評價體系的順利實施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the intensification of the competition in the oil sales industry, DY Company is also facing great competition pressure. As the main sales group of DY Company, gas station employees play an important role in the realization of the company's strategic goal. According to the problems existing in the performance evaluation of gas station employees in DY Company, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the performance evaluation system of gas station employees in DY Company by using the modern performance evaluation theory and the study of relevant documents. This paper finds out the problems existing in the performance evaluation of gas station employees in DY Company, and redesigns the performance evaluation system of gas station employees. The main contents and conclusions are as follows: based on the relevant theories of balanced Scorecard and KPI, combined with the actual situation of DY gas station business, the paper constructs the comprehensive performance of DY gas station, which has certain reference to the employee performance evaluation of gas station. From how to design the performance index and its weight, how to pay attention to the process and control of the performance evaluation of the gas station staff, this paper tries to establish a scientific and efficient performance evaluation system of the gas station staff. At the same time, in the process of designing and implementing the performance evaluation system of the new gas station staff, some new methods and new ideas are found to solve the problem. For example, when setting up personal performance index of gas station staff, it combines work performance, work attitude and work ability, thus making up for the problem of single performance index setting and unscientific evaluation. Pay more attention to the training of performance appraisers and other related personnel in the performance preparation of gas station staff. Through the performance evaluation, find out the problems encountered by the gas station staff, the retail department and the company in order to achieve the overall performance goal of the retail operation of DY company. In order to effectively implement the performance evaluation system of gas station staff, this paper also puts forward some supporting measures, such as setting up a scientific performance evaluation concept, conducting targeted training, and combining with other human resources management. Establish a performance-oriented corporate culture to ensure the smooth implementation of a new performance evaluation system for gas station employees.
