建發(fā)汽車集團(tuán)二手車業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃與實(shí)施研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)汽車市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展,二手車行業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新階段,同時(shí)經(jīng)銷商面臨越發(fā)激烈的整車銷售競(jìng)爭(zhēng),更應(yīng)該抓住二手車市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇。本文針對(duì)建發(fā)汽車經(jīng)銷商集團(tuán)提出具有建發(fā)汽車特色的二手車業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃和實(shí)施策略。在理論方面通過梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外的二手車發(fā)展脈絡(luò)與經(jīng)營(yíng)模式提出了國(guó)內(nèi)二手車發(fā)展方向,在應(yīng)用層面則是以建發(fā)汽車的二手車業(yè)務(wù)為例為同行在公司實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)操作層面提供一個(gè)有益的借鑒。本論文主要采用文獻(xiàn)法對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外二手車發(fā)展脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行梳理,同時(shí)采用實(shí)地研究法深入汽車企業(yè)探究建發(fā)汽車的二手車發(fā)展之路,通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外二手市場(chǎng)的梳理,提出了經(jīng)銷商集團(tuán)在二手車業(yè)務(wù)開展方面的創(chuàng)新之路。結(jié)合建發(fā)汽車的背景以及二手車業(yè)務(wù)開展現(xiàn)狀,本論文提出了建發(fā)汽車的二手車發(fā)展規(guī)劃戰(zhàn)略:即四位一體的經(jīng)營(yíng)定位(二手車市場(chǎng)、二手車自主經(jīng)營(yíng)品牌、4S店二手車、電子商務(wù))、品牌化戰(zhàn)略以及集中式的管理重點(diǎn);從實(shí)施層面,建發(fā)汽車將完善自己的二手車交易市場(chǎng)服務(wù)功能,重新建立自己的二手車獨(dú)立經(jīng)營(yíng)公司,同時(shí)搭建建發(fā)汽車的二手車4S店網(wǎng)絡(luò),電子商務(wù)則以二手車業(yè)務(wù)為切入點(diǎn)作為汽車售后的服務(wù)支撐。本論文還對(duì)建發(fā)汽車二手車業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng)進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),得出了開展二手車業(yè)務(wù)不僅可以增加經(jīng)銷商集團(tuán)的利潤(rùn)源,還可降低其經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),同時(shí)提升經(jīng)銷商自主品牌的推廣能力的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the automobile market in China, the development of the second-hand car industry has entered a new stage. At the same time, the dealers face the more intense competition of the vehicle sales and should seize the opportunity of the second-hand car market. The development direction of second-hand car at home and abroad is combed and the development direction of second-hand car is put forward. In the application level, the second-hand car business is taken as an example for the company to provide a useful reference for the actual operation of the company. This paper mainly uses the literature method to sort out the development of second-hand cars at home and abroad. At the same time, the method of field research is used to explore the road of car enterprise to explore the development of second-hand car. Through combing the second-hand market at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the innovation way of the dealer group in the development of second-hand car business. It combines the background of the car building and the present situation of the used car business. This paper puts forward the second-hand car construction. Car development planning strategy: the four one integrated management position (used car market, second-hand car independent brand, 4S store used car, electronic commerce), brand strategy and centralized management focus; from the implementation level, building a car will improve its own used car trading market service function, reestablish its own used car independent operation At the same time, the company builds a second-hand car 4S shop network, and e-commerce takes the second-hand car business as the starting point for the service of the car after sale. This paper also predicts the operation of the second-hand car business. It is concluded that the second hand car business can not only increase the profit source of the dealer group, but also reduce its operation. Risk, at the same time, enhance the promotion ability of dealers' independent brands.
