【摘要】:中國(guó)化工行業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占著舉足輕重的地位,化工業(yè)在高速發(fā)展同時(shí)承擔(dān)著對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)不可推卸的職責(zé)。如今,企業(yè)僅僅做好生產(chǎn)安全環(huán)保顯然已經(jīng)不能滿足國(guó)內(nèi)日益增長(zhǎng)的環(huán)保高要求,企業(yè)需不斷提高對(duì)產(chǎn)品中化學(xué)物質(zhì)管理,建立一套完善的面向內(nèi)部供應(yīng)鏈全程的化學(xué)物質(zhì)監(jiān)控流程是其中一項(xiàng)重要環(huán)節(jié),實(shí)施有效化學(xué)物質(zhì)跟蹤系統(tǒng)對(duì)化工制造企業(yè)有著比較重要的意義;瘜W(xué)物質(zhì)的管理包括注冊(cè)、監(jiān)控與申報(bào)三部分。目前國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)化學(xué)物質(zhì)注冊(cè)及申報(bào)研究工作非;钴S,也有一定成果。但在化學(xué)物質(zhì)監(jiān)控的研究還處于總量控制初級(jí)階段,對(duì)日常業(yè)務(wù)中從原材料采購(gòu)到產(chǎn)成品生產(chǎn)直至最后產(chǎn)品銷售出貨的企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應(yīng)鏈中化學(xué)物質(zhì)跟蹤研究基本上沒有涉及。企業(yè)內(nèi)部化學(xué)物質(zhì)監(jiān)控內(nèi)容覆蓋了對(duì)供應(yīng)商原材料中物質(zhì)來(lái)源監(jiān)控、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中新增物質(zhì)監(jiān)控、材料庫(kù)存中的物質(zhì)管理及對(duì)客戶銷售產(chǎn)品中物質(zhì)流向追蹤四方面內(nèi)容。通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)物質(zhì)進(jìn)、銷、存過(guò)程中物質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)管,實(shí)時(shí)反饋化學(xué)物質(zhì)使用量及庫(kù)存信息,便于企業(yè)合理監(jiān)管化學(xué)物質(zhì)在日常生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中的使用情況,掌握物質(zhì)增減及流動(dòng)方向等相關(guān)信息,提高化學(xué)物質(zhì)管理的能力。本文以化工制造企業(yè)日常經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中的化學(xué)物質(zhì)監(jiān)控為研究重點(diǎn),通過(guò)利用信息化的手段,對(duì)面向企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應(yīng)鏈全程的化學(xué)物質(zhì)跟蹤系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究與實(shí)現(xiàn):首先,化學(xué)物質(zhì)量的變化依賴于物料,其伴隨著原材料或產(chǎn)品的收發(fā)貨業(yè)務(wù)而變動(dòng)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)物料(產(chǎn)品)與化學(xué)物質(zhì)關(guān)系模型的建立實(shí)現(xiàn)兩者數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換,解決化學(xué)物質(zhì)量追溯問題。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,借鑒常用物料跟蹤方法,提出了基于計(jì)劃訂單與各訂單實(shí)際執(zhí)行情況的化學(xué)物質(zhì)監(jiān)控方法。然后,依據(jù)化學(xué)物質(zhì)監(jiān)控要求,對(duì)化學(xué)物質(zhì)限量控制流程及后續(xù)業(yè)務(wù)處理流程進(jìn)行建模。在企業(yè)原材料采購(gòu)、半產(chǎn)品及完工產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)及最終產(chǎn)品銷售業(yè)務(wù)模型之上,通過(guò)監(jiān)控點(diǎn)的設(shè)置,整合了化學(xué)物質(zhì)監(jiān)控與企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程,從流程模型上實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)日常經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中的化學(xué)物質(zhì)監(jiān)控。接著,在上述研究之上,結(jié)合某化工企業(yè)實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求為背景,對(duì)SAP系統(tǒng)中化學(xué)物質(zhì)跟蹤模塊實(shí)施過(guò)程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述,實(shí)現(xiàn)了該企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應(yīng)鏈中化學(xué)物質(zhì)監(jiān)控。并通過(guò)系統(tǒng)二次開發(fā),解決了企業(yè)對(duì)工廠層次的化學(xué)物質(zhì)監(jiān)控、內(nèi)部庫(kù)存轉(zhuǎn)移訂單監(jiān)控及系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)報(bào)表增強(qiáng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求。最后,對(duì)化學(xué)物質(zhì)監(jiān)控方案進(jìn)行測(cè)試與驗(yàn)證,檢查實(shí)施前后對(duì)現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的影響,確保其可行性和可靠性,達(dá)到減少企業(yè)工作人員的工作量,完善企業(yè)的化學(xué)物質(zhì)管理目的。
[Abstract]:The chemical industry of China plays an important role in the national economy, and the chemical industry is shouldering the responsibility of environmental protection at the same time. Nowadays, it is obvious that enterprises can no longer meet the increasing requirements of environmental protection in China by merely doing a good job in production safety and environmental protection. Enterprises need to continuously improve the management of chemical substances in their products. It is an important link to establish a set of perfect chemical substance monitoring flow for the whole process of internal supply chain. It is of great significance to implement an effective chemical substance tracking system for chemical manufacturing enterprises. The management of chemical substances includes three parts: registration, monitoring and reporting. At present, the domestic registration and application of chemical substances is very active, and there are some achievements. However, the study of chemical substance monitoring is still in the primary stage of total control, and the research on chemical matter tracking in the internal supply chain of enterprises from raw material procurement to finished product production to final product sale and shipment in daily business is basically not involved. The contents of chemical substance monitoring in enterprises cover four aspects: material source monitoring in supplier raw materials, new material monitoring in product production, material management in material inventory and tracing material flow in products sold by customers. Through the supervision of the material data in the process of material entry, sale and storage, and the real-time feedback of the chemical material usage and inventory information, it is convenient for the enterprise to supervise the use of the chemical substance in the daily production and operation process. To improve the ability of chemical management by mastering the information of material increase and decrease and flow direction. This paper focuses on the monitoring of chemical substances in the daily operation process of chemical manufacturing enterprises. By means of information technology, this paper studies and implements the chemical substance tracking system for the whole process of supply chain in enterprises: first of all, Changes in chemical quality depend on materials, which vary with the receipt and shipment of raw materials or products. In this paper, the relationship model of material (product) and chemical substance is established to realize the data conversion between them, and the problem of chemical quality tracing is solved. On the basis of this, a method of chemical substance monitoring based on planned order and actual execution of each order is put forward based on the common material tracking method. Then, according to the chemical substance monitoring requirements, the chemical limit control process and subsequent business processes are modeled. Based on the business model of raw material purchasing, semi-product and finished product production and final product sales, the monitoring points are set to integrate chemical substance monitoring and enterprise business process. The monitoring of chemical substances in the daily operation process of enterprises is realized from the process model. Then, based on the above research, the implementation process of the chemical substance tracking module in SAP system is described in detail in combination with the actual business requirements of a chemical enterprise, and the chemical substance monitoring in the internal supply chain of the enterprise is realized. Through the secondary development of the system, the business needs of the enterprises to monitor the chemical substances at the factory level, to monitor the internal inventory transfer orders and to enhance the system standard report forms are solved. Finally, the chemical substance monitoring scheme is tested and verified, and the influence on the existing system before and after implementation is checked to ensure its feasibility and reliability, to reduce the workload of the enterprise staff and to perfect the chemical substance management in the enterprise.
