【摘要】:中國化工行業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中占著舉足輕重的地位,化工業(yè)在高速發(fā)展同時承擔著對環(huán)境保護不可推卸的職責。如今,企業(yè)僅僅做好生產(chǎn)安全環(huán)保顯然已經(jīng)不能滿足國內(nèi)日益增長的環(huán)保高要求,企業(yè)需不斷提高對產(chǎn)品中化學物質(zhì)管理,建立一套完善的面向內(nèi)部供應鏈全程的化學物質(zhì)監(jiān)控流程是其中一項重要環(huán)節(jié),實施有效化學物質(zhì)跟蹤系統(tǒng)對化工制造企業(yè)有著比較重要的意義;瘜W物質(zhì)的管理包括注冊、監(jiān)控與申報三部分。目前國內(nèi)對化學物質(zhì)注冊及申報研究工作非;钴S,也有一定成果。但在化學物質(zhì)監(jiān)控的研究還處于總量控制初級階段,對日常業(yè)務中從原材料采購到產(chǎn)成品生產(chǎn)直至最后產(chǎn)品銷售出貨的企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應鏈中化學物質(zhì)跟蹤研究基本上沒有涉及。企業(yè)內(nèi)部化學物質(zhì)監(jiān)控內(nèi)容覆蓋了對供應商原材料中物質(zhì)來源監(jiān)控、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中新增物質(zhì)監(jiān)控、材料庫存中的物質(zhì)管理及對客戶銷售產(chǎn)品中物質(zhì)流向追蹤四方面內(nèi)容。通過對企業(yè)物質(zhì)進、銷、存過程中物質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)管,實時反饋化學物質(zhì)使用量及庫存信息,便于企業(yè)合理監(jiān)管化學物質(zhì)在日常生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程中的使用情況,掌握物質(zhì)增減及流動方向等相關信息,提高化學物質(zhì)管理的能力。本文以化工制造企業(yè)日常經(jīng)營過程中的化學物質(zhì)監(jiān)控為研究重點,通過利用信息化的手段,對面向企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應鏈全程的化學物質(zhì)跟蹤系統(tǒng)進行了研究與實現(xiàn):首先,化學物質(zhì)量的變化依賴于物料,其伴隨著原材料或產(chǎn)品的收發(fā)貨業(yè)務而變動。本文通過對物料(產(chǎn)品)與化學物質(zhì)關系模型的建立實現(xiàn)兩者數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換,解決化學物質(zhì)量追溯問題。在此基礎之上,借鑒常用物料跟蹤方法,提出了基于計劃訂單與各訂單實際執(zhí)行情況的化學物質(zhì)監(jiān)控方法。然后,依據(jù)化學物質(zhì)監(jiān)控要求,對化學物質(zhì)限量控制流程及后續(xù)業(yè)務處理流程進行建模。在企業(yè)原材料采購、半產(chǎn)品及完工產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)及最終產(chǎn)品銷售業(yè)務模型之上,通過監(jiān)控點的設置,整合了化學物質(zhì)監(jiān)控與企業(yè)業(yè)務流程,從流程模型上實現(xiàn)企業(yè)日常經(jīng)營過程中的化學物質(zhì)監(jiān)控。接著,在上述研究之上,結合某化工企業(yè)實際業(yè)務需求為背景,對SAP系統(tǒng)中化學物質(zhì)跟蹤模塊實施過程進行了詳細描述,實現(xiàn)了該企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應鏈中化學物質(zhì)監(jiān)控。并通過系統(tǒng)二次開發(fā),解決了企業(yè)對工廠層次的化學物質(zhì)監(jiān)控、內(nèi)部庫存轉(zhuǎn)移訂單監(jiān)控及系統(tǒng)標準報表增強的業(yè)務需求。最后,對化學物質(zhì)監(jiān)控方案進行測試與驗證,檢查實施前后對現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的影響,確保其可行性和可靠性,達到減少企業(yè)工作人員的工作量,完善企業(yè)的化學物質(zhì)管理目的。
[Abstract]:The chemical industry of China plays an important role in the national economy, and the chemical industry is shouldering the responsibility of environmental protection at the same time. Nowadays, it is obvious that enterprises can no longer meet the increasing requirements of environmental protection in China by merely doing a good job in production safety and environmental protection. Enterprises need to continuously improve the management of chemical substances in their products. It is an important link to establish a set of perfect chemical substance monitoring flow for the whole process of internal supply chain. It is of great significance to implement an effective chemical substance tracking system for chemical manufacturing enterprises. The management of chemical substances includes three parts: registration, monitoring and reporting. At present, the domestic registration and application of chemical substances is very active, and there are some achievements. However, the study of chemical substance monitoring is still in the primary stage of total control, and the research on chemical matter tracking in the internal supply chain of enterprises from raw material procurement to finished product production to final product sale and shipment in daily business is basically not involved. The contents of chemical substance monitoring in enterprises cover four aspects: material source monitoring in supplier raw materials, new material monitoring in product production, material management in material inventory and tracing material flow in products sold by customers. Through the supervision of the material data in the process of material entry, sale and storage, and the real-time feedback of the chemical material usage and inventory information, it is convenient for the enterprise to supervise the use of the chemical substance in the daily production and operation process. To improve the ability of chemical management by mastering the information of material increase and decrease and flow direction. This paper focuses on the monitoring of chemical substances in the daily operation process of chemical manufacturing enterprises. By means of information technology, this paper studies and implements the chemical substance tracking system for the whole process of supply chain in enterprises: first of all, Changes in chemical quality depend on materials, which vary with the receipt and shipment of raw materials or products. In this paper, the relationship model of material (product) and chemical substance is established to realize the data conversion between them, and the problem of chemical quality tracing is solved. On the basis of this, a method of chemical substance monitoring based on planned order and actual execution of each order is put forward based on the common material tracking method. Then, according to the chemical substance monitoring requirements, the chemical limit control process and subsequent business processes are modeled. Based on the business model of raw material purchasing, semi-product and finished product production and final product sales, the monitoring points are set to integrate chemical substance monitoring and enterprise business process. The monitoring of chemical substances in the daily operation process of enterprises is realized from the process model. Then, based on the above research, the implementation process of the chemical substance tracking module in SAP system is described in detail in combination with the actual business requirements of a chemical enterprise, and the chemical substance monitoring in the internal supply chain of the enterprise is realized. Through the secondary development of the system, the business needs of the enterprises to monitor the chemical substances at the factory level, to monitor the internal inventory transfer orders and to enhance the system standard report forms are solved. Finally, the chemical substance monitoring scheme is tested and verified, and the influence on the existing system before and after implementation is checked to ensure its feasibility and reliability, to reduce the workload of the enterprise staff and to perfect the chemical substance management in the enterprise.
