【摘要】：社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展促使汽車的應(yīng)用越來越為廣泛,在汽車帶給人們便捷、舒適的現(xiàn)代生活的同時(shí),不可避免的需擔(dān)當(dāng)破壞生態(tài)自然環(huán)境的責(zé)任。當(dāng)能源、環(huán)保問題成為阻礙社會(huì)進(jìn)步發(fā)展的重要因素之一,傳統(tǒng)的汽車工業(yè)就必須面臨轉(zhuǎn)型與升級(jí)。因此,如何發(fā)展汽車產(chǎn)業(yè),如何突出發(fā)展節(jié)能環(huán)保、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的汽車技術(shù)成了政府和各部門急需解決的問題,大力發(fā)展新能源汽車也是大勢(shì)所趨,因此發(fā)展純電動(dòng)汽車即為解決問題的方案之一。但各類不確定的因素導(dǎo)致了純電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性,對(duì)此,我們需加強(qiáng)對(duì)純電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的客觀認(rèn)識(shí),進(jìn)行必要的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)。 本文以D市純電動(dòng)汽車市場(chǎng)推廣項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制研究為出發(fā)點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)出一套合理的、有效的、科學(xué)的投資項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,在確定D市純電動(dòng)汽車市場(chǎng)推廣項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣的方法來確定項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)影響程度、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)權(quán)重以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)來對(duì)D市純電動(dòng)汽車市場(chǎng)推廣項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)用,由此可分析出項(xiàng)目所需關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)范圍,為各投資提供部分決策的依據(jù),進(jìn)而使得D市純電動(dòng)汽車市場(chǎng)推廣項(xiàng)目在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中更具有方向性和針對(duì)性,同時(shí)促使純電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the application of automobile is becoming more and more extensive. While the automobile brings people convenient and comfortable modern life, it is inevitable to take the responsibility of destroying the ecological natural environment. When energy and environmental protection problems become one of the important factors hindering the development of social progress, the traditional automobile industry must face the transformation and upgrading. Therefore, how to develop automobile industry, how to develop energy saving and environmental protection, and how to develop sustainable automobile technology have become a problem that the government and various departments urgently need to solve, and it is also the trend of the times to vigorously develop new energy vehicles. Therefore, the development of pure electric vehicles is one of the solutions to the problem. However, all kinds of uncertain factors lead to the risk of pure electric vehicle industry. Therefore, we need to strengthen the objective understanding of pure electric vehicle industry and carry out the necessary risk identification and risk evaluation. Based on the research on risk control of pure electric vehicle market extension project in D city, a set of reasonable, effective and scientific evaluation index system of investment project risk is designed in this paper. On the basis of determining the risk index of pure electric vehicle market extension project in D city, combining the method of risk matrix to determine the risk influence degree of the project, The risk weight and risk grade are used to evaluate and apply the risk of the pure electric vehicle market extension project in D city, which can analyze the focus range of the project, and provide some basis for each investment to make decision. So that D pure electric vehicle market extension project in the actual operation of more directional and targeted, while promoting the healthy development of the pure electric vehicle industry.
