【摘要】：設施農(nóng)業(yè)是在人工調(diào)控的環(huán)境下,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)高產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效的一種農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式。其發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵在于提升設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備水平。本課題主要針對福建省設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備未來發(fā)展,有針對性的進行分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題解決問題,為更好更快的發(fā)展福建省設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備提供了強有力的保障。 對國內(nèi)外設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢進行了詳細論述,為福建省發(fā)展設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備提供實際參考。通過對福建省設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析,指出了福建省設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備發(fā)展中存在的問題。主要體現(xiàn)在設施設計建造不規(guī)范,設施數(shù)量多而檔次和利用率低；生產(chǎn)機械設備和工具少、機械化程度低；設施環(huán)境調(diào)控能力差；農(nóng)機類人才短缺；農(nóng)民文化水平普遍低；政府補貼力度不夠、技術(shù)推廣不到位；土地使用問題等方面。再利用SWOT分析法對福建省設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和威脅進行全面分析,認為福建省設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢與劣勢同在,機遇與威脅并存。主要優(yōu)勢體現(xiàn)在區(qū)位、氣候資源、生物資源等方面,但設施技術(shù)和資金、管理仍是制約著設施農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸。 最后,從福建省的實際情況出發(fā),基于國內(nèi)外設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備的具體情況以及未來發(fā)展方向,深入研究分析,指出福建省設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備發(fā)展的對策與建議。發(fā)展福建省設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備一要注重設施農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的質(zhì)量,區(qū)域化布局,注重與糧食協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,推行無公害生產(chǎn)；二要加強設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備研發(fā)力度,把微耕機、微滴灌、卷簾機、CO2發(fā)生器等裝備作為研發(fā)重點,并注重完善設施標準體系；三要加大設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備投入、加強監(jiān)管、宣傳和服務；四要完善人才培養(yǎng)體系,加強農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)。本課題研究成果可為福建省設施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:Protected agriculture is a kind of agricultural production mode with high yield, high quality and high efficiency under the environment of artificial regulation and control. The key to its development is to improve the level of facility agricultural equipment. This paper mainly aims at the future development of the facility agricultural equipment in Fujian Province, analyzes and studies it pertinently, finds out the problem solving, and provides a strong guarantee for the better and faster development of the facility agricultural equipment in Fujian Province. The development status and trend of facility agricultural equipment at home and abroad are discussed in detail, which provides a practical reference for the development of facility agricultural equipment in Fujian Province. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the development of facility agricultural equipment in Fujian Province, this paper points out the problems existing in the development of the facility agricultural equipment in Fujian Province. It is mainly reflected in the non-standard design and construction of facilities, the large number of facilities and low level and utilization of facilities; the low degree of mechanization in the production of machinery and tools; the poor capacity of environmental regulation and control of facilities; the shortage of agricultural machinery talents; the low level of farmers' education; Government subsidies are not enough, technology promotion is not in place; land use problems and so on. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of the facilities agricultural equipment in Fujian Province are analyzed comprehensively by SWOT analysis method. It is concluded that the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the facilities agricultural equipment in Fujian Province coexist with the opportunities and threats. The main advantages lie in location, climate resources, biological resources and so on, but facility technology, capital and management are still the bottleneck restricting the development of facility agriculture. Finally, starting from the actual situation of Fujian Province, based on the specific situation of domestic and foreign facilities agricultural equipment and the future development direction, the paper makes a thorough study and analysis, and points out the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the facility agricultural equipment in Fujian Province. To develop facilities agricultural equipment in Fujian Province, we should pay attention to the quality of facilities agriculture development, regional distribution, coordinated development with grain, and the promotion of pollution-free production; second, we should strengthen the research and development of facilities agricultural equipment, and put micro-tillage machines and micro-drip irrigation into each other. The CO _ 2 generator of rolling shutter is the focus of research and development, and pays attention to perfect the standard system of facilities; third, to increase the input of facility agricultural equipment, strengthen supervision, publicity and service; fourth, to improve the personnel training system, strengthen the cultivation of agricultural technology personnel. The research results can provide a reference for the development of facility agricultural equipment in Fujian Province.
