SG乳業(yè)公司質量管理的改進研究

【摘要】:近幾年,乳制品一直受到我們的社會與政府的重視,雖然政府在不斷加強對乳制品企業(yè)的監(jiān)管,可是乳制品質量事故,還是每隔一段時間就會出現。目前,我國的乳制品行業(yè)面臨巨大的困難和挑戰(zhàn)。SG乳業(yè)在市場萎縮與生產許可證審查條件的提高的雙重壓力,艱難生存。但是為滿足《企業(yè)生產乳制品許可條件審查細則(2010版)》的要求購買大量的檢驗設備和對生產設備進行升級改造,也聘用了更多的管理與檢驗人員。導致SG乳業(yè)的成本也隨之大幅提高,進一步壓縮的利潤。要想重新建立起企業(yè)的品牌,沒有什么捷徑可走,只能踏踏實實,把企業(yè)的管理與產品的質量做好,才可以逐漸發(fā)展起來,慢慢建立自己品牌的形象。 本文以黑龍江省一家中小型乳制品企業(yè)(SG乳業(yè))為研究原型。通過研究現有企業(yè)質量管理體系以及生產工藝與設備等硬件設施,利用全方位質量管理知識、質量控制、因果分析矩陣法、追溯制度管理方法,對這家企業(yè)現有的管理體系進行改進,力求以最小的成本代價換取最大質量收益,使企業(yè)所有者與最高管理者更積極的去進行改革。通過大量調研、比較分析,,本文為該企業(yè)建立了一整套的牧場質量管理體系。這一體系覆蓋了該企業(yè)的全部產業(yè)鏈,它包括有牧草種植、奶牛飼養(yǎng)、原料奶收集與運輸、乳粉生產加工、包裝、庫存。通過這一系列的改進,SG乳業(yè)將產品不合格率降低了75%。成本也沒有像預計的那樣增加,反而因為降低了質量事故的發(fā)生率成本還有小幅下降。這充分說明了通過細節(jié)上的改進、運用適當的管理方法,付出低廉的成本,也可以滿足質量目標的要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, dairy products have been attached importance to by our society and government. Although the government is constantly strengthening the supervision of dairy companies, dairy product quality accidents still occur every once in a while. At present, the dairy industry in our country is faced with great difficulties and challenges. SG dairy industry is facing the double pressure of shrinking market and improving the conditions of production license examination, which makes it difficult to survive. However, in order to meet the requirements of the detailed rules for the examination of the conditions of approval for the production of Dairy products (2010 Edition), it is necessary to purchase a large number of inspection equipment and upgrade the production equipment, so as to employ more management and inspection personnel. As a result, SG dairy industry costs also increased significantly, further compression of profits. If you want to re-establish the brand of enterprises, there is no shortcut to go, can only steadfast, the management of enterprises and the quality of products, can gradually develop, slowly establish their own image of the brand. In this paper, a small and medium dairy enterprise in Heilongjiang Province (SG dairy industry) as the research prototype. By studying the existing enterprise quality management system and hardware facilities such as production process and equipment, the paper makes use of omnidirectional quality management knowledge, quality control, causality analysis matrix method, tracing system management method, etc. The existing management system of this enterprise is improved to achieve maximum quality gains at minimum cost, so that business owners and top managers are more actively engaged in reform. Through a lot of investigation and comparative analysis, this paper establishes a whole set of ranching quality management system for this enterprise. This system covers the entire industrial chain of the enterprise. It includes forage farming, cow raising, raw milk collection and transportation, milk powder production and processing, packaging, inventory. Through this series of improvements the SG dairy industry will reduce the product nonconformity rate by 75%. Costs have not increased as expected, but have reduced the incidence of quality accidents by a small margin. This fully shows that through the details of improvement, the use of appropriate management methods, pay low cost, can also meet the requirements of quality objectives.
