基于碳排放的江蘇省工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)化進(jìn)程加快、能源消耗劇增、環(huán)境污染加劇,區(qū)域工業(yè)-能源-環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展成為當(dāng)今人文地理學(xué)之人地關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展研究的焦點(diǎn)。江蘇省作為長(zhǎng)三角重要工業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、貿(mào)易中心,加快產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型,促進(jìn)節(jié)能減排,建立低碳型產(chǎn)業(yè)體系成為解決江蘇省工業(yè)發(fā)展與資源環(huán)境之間矛盾的有效路徑。論文以江蘇省為研究區(qū)域,在對(duì)該省工業(yè)發(fā)展及其能源消耗與碳排放特征分析的基礎(chǔ)上,探討工業(yè)與能源消費(fèi)、碳排放三者之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,并揭示其影響因素,以及為江蘇省工業(yè)綠色化轉(zhuǎn)型提供科學(xué)依據(jù);谔寂欧诺慕K省工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究,首先從工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面來(lái)看,①小型企業(yè)為主的格局形成,但是小型企業(yè)集中程度相對(duì)低,普遍達(dá)不到規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)的要求,大多數(shù)企業(yè)呈現(xiàn)“小而全、小而散、小而弱”的特點(diǎn),規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)不合理;②以國(guó)有經(jīng)濟(jì)工業(yè)為主體,外商投資企業(yè)、私營(yíng)企業(yè)、有限責(zé)任公司、港、澳、臺(tái)商投資企業(yè)共同發(fā)展的多元化所有制模式逐步形成;③通信設(shè)備、化學(xué)原料及化學(xué)制品制造業(yè),電氣機(jī)械及器材制造業(yè),黑色金屬冶煉及壓延加工業(yè)等支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)依然處于優(yōu)勢(shì)地位,以通信設(shè)備、計(jì)算機(jī)及其他電子設(shè)備制造業(yè)為代表的新興行業(yè)比重有所增長(zhǎng),在全省地位上升。其次,從碳排放方面來(lái)看,①運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析將35個(gè)工業(yè)行業(yè)分為4類:高碳排高關(guān)聯(lián)行業(yè)、高碳排低關(guān)聯(lián)行業(yè)、低碳排放高關(guān)聯(lián)行業(yè)、低碳排低關(guān)聯(lián)行業(yè);②采用對(duì)數(shù)平均權(quán)重Divisa方法,分解出工業(yè)碳排放的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)因素,得出在研究期內(nèi),能源結(jié)構(gòu)、能源效率、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入是影響碳排放的三個(gè)主要因素;最后,結(jié)合工業(yè)碳排放驅(qū)動(dòng)因素和不同類型工業(yè)行業(yè)的分析,提出可行對(duì)策,為工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化提供依據(jù)。整體看來(lái),在調(diào)整工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí),要大力發(fā)展高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè),積極創(chuàng)新,研發(fā)新技術(shù)新產(chǎn)品,提高能源利用率,減少工業(yè)污染。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of industrialization process, energy consumption and environmental pollution have increased dramatically. The coordinated development of regional industry, energy and environment has become the focus of the research on the coordinated development of human-land relations in human geography. As an important industry, economy and trade center in the Yangtze River Delta, Jiangsu Province has become an effective way to solve the contradiction between industrial development and resources and environment in Jiangsu Province by speeding up industrial transformation, promoting energy saving and emission reduction, and establishing a low-carbon industrial system. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of industrial development and energy consumption and carbon emissions in Jiangsu Province, this paper discusses the relationship between industry, energy consumption and carbon emissions, and reveals the influencing factors. And for Jiangsu Province to provide scientific basis for the green transformation of industry. The industrial structure optimization of Jiangsu Province based on carbon emissions, first of all, from the industrial structure of the formation of small enterprises, but the concentration of small enterprises is relatively low, generally can not meet the requirements of economies of scale. Most enterprises have the characteristics of "small and complete, small and scattered, small and weak", and the structure of scale is unreasonable. 2 the main body of scale is state-owned economy and industry, foreign-invested enterprises, private enterprises, limited liability companies, Hong Kong and Macao, The diversified mode of ownership developed jointly by Taiwanese investment enterprises has gradually formed the communications equipment, chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry, electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry, Ferrous metal smelting and calender processing industry and other pillar industries are still in a dominant position, the proportion of emerging industries represented by the communications equipment, computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry has increased, and the status of the whole province has risen. Secondly, in terms of carbon emissions, 35 industries are classified into four categories: high carbon emission, low carbon emission, and low carbon emission. 2 using the logarithmic average weight Divisa method to decompose the main driving factors of industrial carbon emissions, it is concluded that the energy structure, energy efficiency and economic income are the three main factors that affect the carbon emissions during the research period. Based on the analysis of the driving factors of industrial carbon emissions and the analysis of different types of industrial industries, the feasible countermeasures are put forward to provide the basis for the optimization of industrial structure. As a whole, in adjusting the industrial structure, we should vigorously develop high-tech industries, actively innovate, develop new technologies and new products, improve energy efficiency, and reduce industrial pollution.
