【摘要】：營運(yùn)資金管理是企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的重要組成部分，營運(yùn)資金管理的優(yōu)劣直接關(guān)系著企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展。隨著我國企業(yè)縱向一體化發(fā)展的不斷深入，僅僅靠傳統(tǒng)的營運(yùn)資金管理理論及方法已經(jīng)不能滿足目前眾多企業(yè)的營運(yùn)資金管理需求，在此情形之下，供應(yīng)鏈視角下的營運(yùn)資金管理理論和方法便應(yīng)運(yùn)而生了，但是在當(dāng)前，從供應(yīng)鏈角度出發(fā)對企業(yè)營運(yùn)資金管理展開的研究，在我國還沒有形成比較規(guī)范的理論體系。 本文首先介紹了營運(yùn)資金、營運(yùn)資金管理和供應(yīng)鏈的相關(guān)概念，并從采購環(huán)節(jié)、生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)和銷售環(huán)節(jié)分別闡述了基于供應(yīng)鏈下的營運(yùn)資金管理理論和方法。其次，從安全性、流動性和效益性等三個(gè)方面分別設(shè)置了評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，，對箭牌糖果公司營運(yùn)資金現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析與評價(jià)；從采購環(huán)節(jié)、生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)和銷售環(huán)節(jié)對箭牌糖果公司營運(yùn)資金管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述，分析營運(yùn)資金管理存在的問題及問題的成因。再次，提出了供應(yīng)鏈導(dǎo)向的營運(yùn)資金管理方案設(shè)計(jì)理念、原則和設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)，并從采購環(huán)節(jié)、生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)以及銷售環(huán)節(jié)，對箭牌糖果公司的營運(yùn)資金管理方案進(jìn)行較為詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。最后，從加強(qiáng)箭牌糖果公司營運(yùn)資金的預(yù)算管理、加強(qiáng)理財(cái)活動調(diào)整資金結(jié)構(gòu)、加強(qiáng)供應(yīng)鏈上中介組織的管理，以及加強(qiáng)企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)工作等四個(gè)方面提出了相應(yīng)的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Working capital management is an important part of enterprise management. The quality of working capital management is directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. With the development of vertical integration of Chinese enterprises, the traditional working capital management theory and method can not meet the needs of many enterprises. The theory and method of working capital management in the perspective of supply chain have come into being, but at present, the research on working capital management of enterprises from the perspective of supply chain has not yet formed a more normative theoretical system in our country. This paper first introduces the concepts of working capital, working capital management and supply chain, and expounds the theory and method of working capital management based on supply chain from the aspects of purchasing, production and sales. Secondly, the evaluation index system is set up from three aspects of security, liquidity and efficiency, to analyze and evaluate the current working capital of Wrigley candy company, and to analyze and evaluate the working capital of Wrigley confectionery company. The current situation of working capital management in Wrigley Candy Company is expounded in production and sales links. The problems and causes of the problems in working capital management are analyzed. Thirdly, the paper puts forward the design concept, principle and key points of the working capital management scheme of supply chain oriented, and designs the working capital management scheme of Wrigley candy company in detail from the aspects of purchasing, production and sales. Finally, from strengthening the budget management of operating funds of Wrigley Candy Company, strengthening financial management activities to adjust the structure of funds, and strengthening the management of intermediary organizations in the supply chain, And strengthens the enterprise information construction work and so on four aspects proposed the corresponding safeguard measure.
