寧夏北方乳業(yè)有限公司營(yíng)銷策略研究

【摘要】:寧夏乳品加工業(yè)起步較晚,整體生產(chǎn)水平偏低、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)單一。主要產(chǎn)品以液態(tài)奶為主,奶油、干酪等深加工、高科技、高附加值的產(chǎn)品相對(duì)較少,乳制品業(yè)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)不容樂觀。國內(nèi)許多著名品牌的相繼進(jìn)入,擠占了滅菌奶等常見乳制品的絕大部分市場(chǎng),市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)空前激烈。由此可以看出,寧夏乳制品生產(chǎn)水平與國內(nèi)其他知名乳制品企業(yè)存在著巨大差距,這與寧夏畜牧業(yè)大區(qū)的地位極不相稱,所以發(fā)展寧夏乳制品加工業(yè)已到了刻不容緩的地步。 本文在市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷理論的指導(dǎo)下,運(yùn)用相關(guān)工具,對(duì)寧夏的奶業(yè)進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)寧夏北方乳業(yè)的營(yíng)銷進(jìn)行研究,從北方乳業(yè)所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,產(chǎn)品、價(jià)格、銷售渠道、以及促銷組合策略等各方面做出系統(tǒng)性的分析,本文中最重要的是把企業(yè)中營(yíng)銷的策略和手段用市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷的理論加以分析,希望通過此次研究,使北方乳業(yè)能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)營(yíng)銷環(huán)節(jié)中存在的問題,并積極改進(jìn)提高,發(fā)揮自身企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì),創(chuàng)造更大的利潤(rùn)。
[Abstract]:Ningxia dairy processing industry started late, the overall production level is low, the product structure is single. The main products are liquid milk, cream, cheese and other deep processing, high-tech, high value-added products relatively less, dairy industry development situation is not optimistic. With the entry of many famous brands in China, most of the common dairy products, such as sterilized milk, have been crowded out, and the competition in the market is fiercer than ever. It can be seen that there is a huge gap between Ningxia dairy products production level and other well-known dairy enterprises in China, which is not commensurate with the status of Ningxia animal husbandry region, so the development of Ningxia dairy processing has reached the point of urgency. Under the guidance of marketing theory, this paper analyzes the dairy industry in Ningxia with relevant tools, studies the marketing of dairy industry in the north of Ningxia, and studies the internal and external environment, products, prices, sales channels of the dairy industry in the north of Ningxia. In this paper, the most important thing is to analyze the marketing strategy and means in the enterprise with the theory of marketing. I hope that through this study, So that the northern dairy industry can find the problems in the marketing links, and actively improve and improve, give play to their own advantages, create greater profits.
