【摘要】：隨著近幾年我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速平穩(wěn)發(fā)展和國(guó)民收入的不斷增加，老百姓對(duì)于汽車的需求量也不斷增加，并且對(duì)汽車的需求水平也越來(lái)越高。又因?yàn)槠囍圃鞓I(yè)涉及零部件及配件制造，物流等其他上下游企業(yè)的發(fā)展，對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體發(fā)展起到了帶動(dòng)作用，所以汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)特性決定了不僅僅是國(guó)家重視汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，也使得各個(gè)省份、各個(gè)城市極其重視汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)，也在努力發(fā)展汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)。而沈陽(yáng)市在建設(shè)工業(yè)強(qiáng)市戰(zhàn)略中汽車工業(yè)也在市場(chǎng)上占有重要的地位，汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿薮�，在�?guó)際汽車巨頭看中中國(guó)的汽車市場(chǎng)，并且已經(jīng)進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的樂(lè)觀前景，因此市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)日益嚴(yán)峻的今天，著力提高沈陽(yáng)汽車制造業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，對(duì)地區(qū)和國(guó)家整體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有至關(guān)重要的作用。為了使得沈陽(yáng)的汽車制造業(yè)更好的為沈陽(yáng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的提高和發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)，提高就業(yè)率，是一個(gè)需要亟待解決的問(wèn)題。 在本文中，通對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以及汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力基礎(chǔ)理論和方法的分析與研究，確定了本文需建立相應(yīng)的指標(biāo)體系對(duì)沈陽(yáng)的汽車制造業(yè)進(jìn)行分析研究，通過(guò)查找以前文獻(xiàn)以及統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒，找到指標(biāo)體系中各個(gè)要素指標(biāo)的原始數(shù)據(jù)，，最終對(duì)原始數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)過(guò)一定的計(jì)量方法進(jìn)行分析，最后得出沈陽(yáng)汽車制造業(yè)目前存在的問(wèn)題。分析結(jié)果表明雖然近年來(lái)沈陽(yáng)市的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，但產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力仍然薄弱，將沈陽(yáng)市與其他汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)比較發(fā)達(dá)的幾個(gè)城市進(jìn)行比較分析，對(duì)于能進(jìn)行因子分析的因素進(jìn)行定量分析，不能納入指標(biāo)體系的因素結(jié)合鉆石模型進(jìn)行定性分析，最后，在前面分析的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合當(dāng)前國(guó)家制定的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)政策，針對(duì)沈陽(yáng)市汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行發(fā)揚(yáng)和發(fā)展，針對(duì)沈陽(yáng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的劣勢(shì)提出一些對(duì)策和建議，以便沈陽(yáng)市更好的壯大自己的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)，為本市的經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)更大的力量。 第一部分，主要介紹了寫(xiě)作本文的目的以及寫(xiě)本文對(duì)沈陽(yáng)汽車制造業(yè)以后的發(fā)展起到一定的借鑒意義，以及概括了關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究情況。 第二部分，主要結(jié)合鉆石模型，收集了沈陽(yáng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的六種要素的現(xiàn)狀并進(jìn)行初步分析。 第三部分，借鑒之前的關(guān)于分析產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的分析方法，本文采用對(duì)汽車制造業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建立一套指標(biāo)體系，指標(biāo)體系中包括現(xiàn)實(shí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，現(xiàn)實(shí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力又包括12個(gè)方面的要素，潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力包括8個(gè)指標(biāo)要素，通過(guò)對(duì)著二十個(gè)指標(biāo)要素對(duì)沈陽(yáng)的汽車制造業(yè)進(jìn)行分析，最終得出沈陽(yáng)等六個(gè)城市在指標(biāo)體系中的排名，根據(jù)分析結(jié)果得到沈陽(yáng)汽車制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。第四部分，針對(duì)第三部分得出的沈陽(yáng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，對(duì)沈陽(yáng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的優(yōu)勢(shì)繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)和發(fā)展，對(duì)劣勢(shì)提出相應(yīng)的建議和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid and steady development of the national economy and the increase of national income in recent years, the demand for automobiles is also increasing, and the demand for automobiles is also increasing. Also because the automobile manufacturing industry involves the development of other upstream and downstream enterprises, such as parts and accessories manufacturing, logistics and so on, it has played a leading role in the overall development of the national economy. Therefore, the characteristics of automobile industry determine that not only the state attaches importance to the development of automobile industry, but also makes every province and city attach great importance to automobile industry, and also make great efforts to develop automobile industry. In the strategy of building a strong industrial city, Shenyang also has an important position in the market. The automobile industry has a huge potential for development. It looks at the Chinese auto market in the international automobile giants and has already entered the optimistic prospect of the Chinese market. Therefore, with the increasingly severe market competition situation, it is of great importance to improve the competitiveness of Shenyang automobile manufacturing industry for the development of regional and national economy as a whole. In order to make Shenyang's automobile manufacturing industry better contribute to the improvement and development of Shenyang's economic level and increase the employment rate, it is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. In this paper, the author analyzes and studies the basic theories and methods of industrial competitiveness and automobile industry competitiveness at home and abroad, and determines that the corresponding index system should be established in this paper to analyze and study the automobile manufacturing industry in Shenyang. By looking up the previous literature and statistical yearbook, we find the original data of each key factor index in the index system, and finally analyze the original data through certain metrological methods, and finally get the existing problems of Shenyang automobile manufacturing industry. The results show that although the automobile industry in Shenyang has developed rapidly in recent years, the competitiveness of the industry is still weak. For the factors that can be analyzed quantitatively, the factors that can not be included in the index system and the diamond model can be qualitatively analyzed. Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, combined with the current national automobile industry policy, In view of the advantages of Shenyang automobile industry development and the disadvantages faced by Shenyang auto industry, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward so that Shenyang can better strengthen its own automobile industry. Contribute more to the city's economy. The first part mainly introduces the purpose of writing this article and the future development of Shenyang automobile manufacturing industry, and summarizes the research situation about the industry competitiveness and the related fields of automobile industry competitiveness. The second part mainly combines the diamond model to collect the present situation of six factors of Shenyang automobile industry competitiveness and carry on the preliminary analysis. In the third part, referring to the previous analysis methods of industry competitiveness, this paper establishes a set of index system for the competitiveness of automobile manufacturing industry, including realistic competitiveness and potential competitiveness. The realistic competitiveness also includes 12 factors, and the potential competitiveness includes 8 index elements. Through the analysis of 20 index elements, the ranking of six cities, including Shenyang and other cities, in the index system is obtained. According to the analysis results, the advantages and disadvantages of Shenyang automobile manufacturing competitiveness are obtained. In the fourth part, in view of the advantages and disadvantages of Shenyang automobile industry competitiveness obtained in the third part, the advantages and disadvantages of Shenyang automobile industry competitiveness continue to develop and develop, and the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
