【摘要】：我國EPC總承包模式主要應(yīng)用在電力、石油、化工等工業(yè)建筑中。EPC總承包項目過程中不可預(yù)見的因素多,不可避免的各種風(fēng)險也較多。而其中大部分風(fēng)險是由總承包商承擔(dān)的。涉及到設(shè)計、采購、施工等多個領(lǐng)域、多個專業(yè)。EPC模式成功的關(guān)鍵是總承包商能有效地控制風(fēng)險管理,以使項目按時、保質(zhì)、保量的完成,達(dá)到業(yè)主的預(yù)期。本文以風(fēng)險管理理論為分析研究的基礎(chǔ),以“鄂爾多斯市某公司動力中心及煤儲運(yùn)系統(tǒng)”EPC總承包工程項目為例對化工項目的風(fēng)險管理進(jìn)行分析研究。本文的研究思路是先介紹了風(fēng)險識別,接著探討了風(fēng)險評價,最后提出了風(fēng)險應(yīng)對的策略。在對項目風(fēng)險進(jìn)行識別的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了一個基于多層次模糊綜合評價的項目風(fēng)險評價模型,對風(fēng)險因素進(jìn)行分析研究,根據(jù)研究制定相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險應(yīng)對策略,將項目實(shí)施的風(fēng)險控制在合理范圍內(nèi),確保工程建設(shè)項目管理目標(biāo)任務(wù)的順利完成。論文的研究豐富了EPC項目的風(fēng)險管理,對國內(nèi)其他相似化工項目具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:In China, the EPC general contracting mode is mainly used in the industrial buildings such as electric power, petroleum, chemical engineering, etc. There are many unpredictable factors in the process of EPC general contracting project, and there are also many unavoidable risks. Most of the risks are borne by the general contractor. The key to the success of the EPC model is that the general contractor can effectively control the risk management so that the project can be completed on time, quality and quantity, and meet the expectations of the employer. Based on the theory of risk management, this paper analyzes and studies the risk management of chemical engineering projects by taking the EPC general contract project of a power center and coal storage and transportation system of a company in Ordos as an example. The research idea of this paper is to introduce the risk identification, then to discuss the risk evaluation, and finally to put forward the strategy of risk response. Based on the identification of project risk, a project risk evaluation model based on multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established. The risk factors are analyzed and studied, and the corresponding risk coping strategies are formulated according to the research. Control the risk of project implementation within a reasonable range to ensure the smooth completion of project management objectives. The research of this paper enriches the risk management of EPC project and has some reference significance for other similar chemical projects in China.
