報廢汽車逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:報廢汽車作為“城市礦產(chǎn)”的重要組成部分,具有巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)、資源和環(huán)境價值,報廢汽車回收利用是發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要內(nèi)容。然而近年來我國報廢汽車數(shù)量激增,低水平的回收利用遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的要求,報廢汽車回收利用產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨轉(zhuǎn)型升級。目前各地紛紛整合資源或新建專業(yè)化的報廢汽車回收拆解企業(yè),以提升產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平。這些企業(yè)面臨一個共同的戰(zhàn)略問題:構(gòu)建一個新的報廢汽車回收利用網(wǎng)絡(luò),即報廢汽車逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò),以提高報廢汽車回收利用率,降低回收成本,支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。 首先,本文分析了報廢汽車與一般廢舊物品的不同特點(diǎn),將報廢汽車分為重度報廢汽車和輕度報廢汽車兩類并進(jìn)行了比較,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了報廢汽車逆向物流及逆向物流系統(tǒng)。同時定性和定量分析的角度分析了制造商回收處理、銷售商回收轉(zhuǎn)交制造商處理和第三方運(yùn)作主體回收處理三種不同模式,認(rèn)為基于第三方運(yùn)作主體的報廢汽車回收處理模式是符合我國實(shí)際的。 其次,根據(jù)我國報廢汽車回收利用的特點(diǎn),考慮再利用、再制造、再循環(huán)等多種資源化途徑,構(gòu)建了包括消費(fèi)區(qū)域、回收站點(diǎn)、處理中心、原材料市場/企業(yè)、二手市場、再制造工廠、鋼鐵企業(yè)和填埋點(diǎn)組成的多級逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),并以實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成本最小化為目標(biāo),構(gòu)建報廢汽車逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,以確定回收站點(diǎn)和處理中心的位置、數(shù)量和容量以及各節(jié)點(diǎn)間流量的分配。 最后,收集相關(guān)研究數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證研究了成都市報廢汽車逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建,確定成都市報廢汽車回收站點(diǎn)與處理中心的選址方案、數(shù)量和容量及各節(jié)點(diǎn)間流量分配。
[Abstract]:As an important part of "urban mineral", the scrap car has great economic, resource and environmental value. The recycling of scrap car is an important part of the development of circular economy. However, in recent years, the number of discarded cars in China has increased sharply, and the low level of recycling is far from the requirements of the development of circular economy. In order to improve the level of industrial development, these enterprises are facing a common strategic problem: building a new recycling network of scrap car, that is, the reverse logistics network of the scrap car, in order to improve the recovery of the scrap car. The utilization rate, reduce the cost of recovery, support the development of the industry.
First, this paper analyzes the different characteristics of the scrap car and the general waste, divides the scrap car into two types of heavy scrap car and light scrap car, and compares the reverse logistics and reverse logistics system on the basis of this, and analyzes the manufacturer's recovery and sale at the angle of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The seller reclaims three different models for the processing of the manufacturer and the third party operation main body, and thinks that the recycling model of the scrap car based on the third party's operating body is in line with the reality of our country.
Secondly, according to the characteristics of the recycling of the scrap car in our country, considering the reutilization, remanufacturing, recycling and other resource-based ways, the multi-level reverse logistics network structure, including the consumption area, the recycling site, the processing center, the raw material market / enterprise, the second-hand market, the remanufacturing plant, the steel enterprise and the landfill point, is constructed. The goal of network cost minimization is to build a reverse logistics network model for the scrap car to determine the location, quantity and capacity of the recycling sites and processing centers, and the distribution of traffic between each node.
Finally, collecting the relevant research data, the paper empirically studies the construction of the reverse logistics network of Chengdu scrapped car, and determines the location scheme of the recycling and processing center of the scrapped car in Chengdu, the quantity and capacity and the flow distribution among the nodes.
