【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來，隨著經(jīng)濟全球化，全球各國對全面質(zhì)量管理展開了全面深入的實踐與研究，全面質(zhì)量管理理論與實踐體系得到了不斷完善和發(fā)展，本文通過闡述基于“三全理論”的全面質(zhì)量管理的發(fā)展、演變，以A紡織廠為研究案例，分析了其全面質(zhì)量管理的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和面臨問題，提出了以構(gòu)建“三維度四層次”質(zhì)量責(zé)任體系、加強質(zhì)量職能培訓(xùn)、開展廣泛群眾性的質(zhì)量活動等為主要措施的全面質(zhì)量管理的優(yōu)化建議，進一步完善了優(yōu)化后的實施及評估辦法。 文章第一與第二章著重闡述了課題研究的背景、意義，，以及質(zhì)量管理體系在國內(nèi)外的演變和發(fā)展,在紡織行業(yè)的應(yīng)用及研究，繼而引出本論文所要研究的內(nèi)容是在三全理論基礎(chǔ)上的全面質(zhì)量管理應(yīng)用理論優(yōu)化研究；第三章以A紡織廠為案例，從綜合試圖的表達、不同層次闡釋、多維度分解的方法和視角，重點研究、分析了案例企業(yè)全面質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和面臨問題，從而引出需要重新優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有質(zhì)量管理體系，以便優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；第四章提出了以構(gòu)建“三維度四層次”質(zhì)量責(zé)任體系、多方位評估質(zhì)量、加強過程控制、開展廣泛群眾性的質(zhì)量活動等為主要措施的全面質(zhì)量管理的優(yōu)化意見；第五章，從長效實施的角度，闡述了多種質(zhì)量評估和改進方法，建立了可持續(xù)發(fā)展的質(zhì)量評估和優(yōu)化體系，同時針對以三全理論為基礎(chǔ)的全面質(zhì)量管理在當(dāng)代企業(yè)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用進行了總結(jié)和展望，為穩(wěn)定老員工，提升員工幸福指數(shù)，提升員工工作積極性，還需要建立企業(yè)遠景制度，改善企業(yè)文化，讓員工一起分享企業(yè)的成功。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, with the economic globalization, the whole world has carried out comprehensive and in-depth practice and research on total quality management, and the theory and practice system of total quality management has been continuously improved and developed. Through expounding the development and evolution of TQM based on "three whole theory", taking A textile mill as a case, this paper analyzes the application status and problems of TQM. The paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize TQM, which are to construct the quality responsibility system of "three dimensions and four levels", to strengthen the training of quality function, and to carry out a wide range of mass quality activities as the main measures. Further improved the optimized implementation and evaluation methods. The first and second chapters focus on the background and significance of the research, the evolution and development of the quality management system at home and abroad, the application and research of the quality management system in the textile industry. Then the content of this paper is the theoretical optimization of the application of TQM on the basis of the three whole theory. The third chapter takes the A textile mill as a case, from the comprehensive attempt to express, different levels of interpretation, The method and perspective of multi-dimensional decomposition, focusing on the analysis of the case of enterprise total quality management system application status and problems, so as to lead to the need to re-optimize the existing quality management system in order to optimize the existing product quality; In the fourth chapter, the author puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of TQM, which are to construct the quality responsibility system of "three dimensions and four levels", to evaluate the quality in many directions, to strengthen the process control, to carry out the quality activities of a wide range of people, and so on. From the point of view of long-term effective implementation, this paper expounds several methods of quality assessment and improvement, and establishes a system of quality assessment and optimization for sustainable development. At the same time, the development and application of TQM based on the three whole theory in contemporary enterprises are summarized and prospected. In order to stabilize the old employees, enhance the employees' happiness index and enhance the enthusiasm of the employees, it is also necessary to establish the enterprise vision system. Improve the corporate culture, let employees share the success of the enterprise.
