【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)日益發(fā)達(dá)的當(dāng)今社會(huì),經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和競爭國際化愈演愈烈,企業(yè)之間的競爭也越來越激烈。日益激烈的競爭迫使企業(yè)不得不改變原來的管理模式,不斷創(chuàng)新管理理念。為了更好的適應(yīng)經(jīng)營環(huán)境的急劇變化,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競爭力及滿足個(gè)性化需求,必須采用現(xiàn)代的企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理方法。項(xiàng)目管理是一種優(yōu)化的管理模式,與傳統(tǒng)的部門管理相比,更注重綜合性管理和目標(biāo)管理,強(qiáng)調(diào)基于團(tuán)隊(duì)管理的個(gè)人負(fù)責(zé)制。而作為項(xiàng)目管理重要領(lǐng)域之一的項(xiàng)目采購管理,也是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的重要組成部分。采購是企業(yè)物流中一個(gè)重要的環(huán)節(jié),對增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的核心競爭力起著非常重要的作用。采購部門已受到企業(yè)越來越多的重視,采購職能從企業(yè)生存的必要條件變成管理的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn),人們也更深入地探求采購領(lǐng)域潛在的改進(jìn)機(jī)會(huì)。本文以Z公司原料采購部原料采購工作為研究對象,結(jié)合Z公司采購部項(xiàng)目組的實(shí)際情況,基于項(xiàng)目組負(fù)責(zé)制職權(quán)劃分的問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究分析。研究的目的在于優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目組與處室之間關(guān)系,提升項(xiàng)目組工作效率,進(jìn)一步融洽處室與項(xiàng)目組之間的工作氛圍, 提升整個(gè)原料采購部的工作質(zhì)量與工作效率。本文在對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述以及對相關(guān)理論闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,首先分析了Z公司采購部項(xiàng)目組管理工作的現(xiàn)狀,然后對項(xiàng)目組負(fù)責(zé)制存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入剖析,闡述了完善Z公司采購部項(xiàng)目組負(fù)責(zé)制的必要性,最后提出了完善的具體對策措施,希望對部門管理模式的改進(jìn)和整體工作有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In the increasingly developed society, economic globalization and competition become more and more intense, and the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. The increasingly fierce competition forces the enterprise to change the original management mode and constantly innovate the management idea. In order to better adapt to the sharp changes in the operating environment, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and meet the personalized needs, modern enterprise project management methods must be adopted. Project management is an optimized management mode. Compared with traditional department management, project management pays more attention to comprehensive management and objective management, and emphasizes individual responsibility system based on team management. As one of the important fields of project management, project procurement management is also an important part of modern enterprise management. Procurement is an important link in enterprise logistics and plays a very important role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. The purchasing department has been paid more and more attention by the enterprise, the procurement function has changed from the necessary condition of the enterprise survival to a hot spot of management, and people have also explored the potential improvement opportunity in the procurement field more deeply. This paper takes the raw material purchasing work of the raw material purchasing department of Z Company as the research object, combining with the actual situation of the project team of Z Company, and makes a systematic research and analysis based on the division of authority and authority of the project team responsibility system. The purpose of the study is to optimize the relationship between the project team and the department, to improve the working efficiency of the project team, to further harmonize the working atmosphere between the office and the project group, and to improve the working quality and efficiency of the whole raw material purchasing department. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign related research and expounding the relevant theories, this paper first analyzes the current situation of the project team management in the purchasing department of Z Company, and then deeply analyzes the problems existing in the project team responsibility system. This paper expounds the necessity of perfecting the project team responsibility system of purchasing department of Z Company, and finally puts forward some concrete countermeasures and measures, hoping that it can be used for reference for the improvement of the management mode of the department and the overall work.
