【摘要】:隨著全球化水平的推進,企業(yè)的分工越來越細,一個企業(yè)的長期發(fā)展離不開供應商的配合。根據現(xiàn)代質量管理理論,企業(yè)為了能夠持續(xù)提高企業(yè)的總體業(yè)績,質量管理的范疇已經擴展到了供應鏈的起點,供應商質量控制的含義已經擴展到了供應商所有的與企業(yè)產品有關的活動。質量管理工作不再是單純的質量檢驗,而是一個包括供應商管理的全過程質量管理工作。在某種意義上,企業(yè)對供應商的質量管控水平可能會嚴重影響企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展的能力。在目前的國際環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境下,加強企業(yè)與供應商的合作,對企業(yè)和供應商的發(fā)展都是十分有利的,因此,企業(yè)在平衡短期收益和長期收益的基礎上,確定與供應商的合作關系是企業(yè)一個必然的選擇。在經濟全球化不斷深化的今天,企業(yè)與供應商的關系已經從傳統(tǒng)的競爭關系轉變?yōu)楹献骰锇殛P系。本文從光學玻璃材料行業(yè)生產的特點出發(fā),以理論分析為基礎,運用質量管理理論、風險管理理論、目標管理理論及關系營銷理論等,剖析CDGM公司供應商質量管理現(xiàn)狀,找出了CDGM公司在供應商動態(tài)管理、風險管理、供應商激勵機制和供應商5M1E變更管理等過程中存在的問題,并針對性的提出了完善供應商動態(tài)管理、強化風險管理及建立以目標為牽引的激勵機制和建立供應商5M1E變更管理機制的解決方案,方案不僅完善了CDGM公司供應商質量管理工作,而且促進了與供應商的合作發(fā)展,在對供應商的質量控制方面由單向的有利原則轉變?yōu)閷で笈c供應商的互利共贏。本論文的研究成果不僅可以幫助CDGM公司提高供應商質量管理水平,而且也對其他光學玻璃材料生產商做好供應商質量管理方面也有一定的借鑒和參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of globalization, the division of labor is becoming thinner and thinner, and the long-term development of an enterprise is inseparable from the cooperation of the supplier. According to the modern quality management theory, in order to improve the overall performance of the enterprise continuously, the category of quality management has expanded to the starting point of the supply chain, and the meaning of supplier quality control has been expanded. The quality management work is no longer a simple quality test, but a whole process quality management that includes supplier management. In a sense, the quality control level of the supplier may seriously affect the ability of the enterprise to survive and develop. Under the environment and the industry environment, strengthening the cooperation between enterprises and suppliers is very beneficial to the development of enterprises and suppliers. Therefore, on the basis of balancing short-term income and long-term income, it is an inevitable choice for enterprises to determine the cooperative relationship with suppliers. The relationship has changed from the traditional competitive relationship to the partnership. This paper, based on the characteristics of the optical glass material industry, based on the theoretical analysis, uses the theory of quality management, the theory of risk management, the theory of target management and the relationship marketing theory, and analyzes the current situation of the quality management of the CDGM company, and finds out the CDGM company. The problems existed in the process of supplier dynamic management, risk management, supplier incentive mechanism and supplier 5M1E change management, and put forward the solutions to improve the dynamic management of suppliers, strengthen risk management, establish the incentive mechanism with the target as traction and establish the 5M1E change management mechanism of supplier. The scheme is not only perfect CDGM company supplier quality management work, and promote the cooperation and development with suppliers, in the quality control of the supplier from one way favorable principle to seeking mutual benefit with the supplier. The research results of this paper can not only help CDGM company improve the quality management level of suppliers, but also to other optics. Glass material producers also have some reference and reference for supplier quality management.
