【摘要】：正股權(quán)激勵(lì)制度是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度中極為重要的一環(huán)。由于企業(yè)具體的股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)營(yíng)周期、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特征、激勵(lì)目標(biāo)不同,企業(yè)股權(quán)激勵(lì)所依據(jù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)千變?nèi)f化。在企業(yè)進(jìn)行股權(quán)激勵(lì)制度設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),必須結(jié)合自身實(shí)際,綜合考慮激勵(lì)效果、股東期望、職工期望、法律和稅務(wù)影響以及財(cái)務(wù)后果等諸多因素。股權(quán)激勵(lì)設(shè)計(jì)本身的復(fù)雜性和實(shí)施中的多變性,造成了股權(quán)激勵(lì)相關(guān)會(huì)計(jì)問(wèn)題的復(fù)雜性。本文以我國(guó)A股計(jì)算機(jī)板塊公司為研究對(duì)象,分析了在2013年授予
[Abstract]:The stock right incentive system is an extremely important link in the modern enterprise system. Because of the different ownership structure, business cycle, risk characteristics and incentive objectives, the economic basis of enterprise equity incentive varies greatly. In the design of equity incentive system, we must consider many factors, such as incentive effect, shareholder expectation, employee expectation, legal and tax influence, financial consequence and so on. The complexity of equity incentive design itself and the variability in implementation result in the complexity of accounting problems related to equity incentive. In this paper, A share computer Plate Company in China is taken as the research object, and the awarding in 2013 is analyzed.
