【摘要】：建筑工業(yè)化是建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)，在建筑工業(yè)化背景下，工業(yè)化建造能力是建筑企業(yè)生存及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的主要因素。然而，我國(guó)尤其河南省建筑企業(yè)的工業(yè)化建造水平良莠不齊，河南省各個(gè)建筑企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的建造水平能否適應(yīng)建筑工業(yè)化的發(fā)展要求，是河南省建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展所面臨的一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)性問(wèn)題，對(duì)其工業(yè)化建造能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和分析，具有理論意義與實(shí)踐價(jià)值。 本文首先對(duì)建筑工業(yè)化和建造能力的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了探討，并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展概況進(jìn)行了概括性論述，對(duì)建造能力的影響因素進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié)；其次，通過(guò)分析研究日本建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展水平評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和日本建筑企業(yè)工業(yè)化建造能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，根據(jù)中國(guó)目前國(guó)情的概況，構(gòu)建出適合中國(guó)現(xiàn)階段工業(yè)化建造能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系；第三，基于本文所建立的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的特點(diǎn)，在評(píng)價(jià)方法上選取層次分析法和三角模糊數(shù)層次分析法，并對(duì)二者做了系統(tǒng)介紹；第四，利用構(gòu)建的建筑企業(yè)工業(yè)化建造能力評(píng)價(jià)模型，并采用三角模糊數(shù)層次分析法，對(duì)河南省、我國(guó)（平均水平）及上海市（先進(jìn)水平）建筑企業(yè)的工業(yè)化建造能力的對(duì)比評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究；最后，運(yùn)用層次分析法和對(duì)比分析法，研究和分析了河南省建筑企業(yè)的工業(yè)化建造能力的各個(gè)影響因素，進(jìn)而發(fā)現(xiàn)河南省建筑企業(yè)的工業(yè)化建造能力的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足，并根據(jù)河南省建筑企業(yè)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)，為河南省建筑企業(yè)在未來(lái)建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)化背景下提高自己的工業(yè)化建造水平和能力提出建議。
[Abstract]:Construction industrialization is the inevitable trend of the development of construction industry. Under the background of construction industrialization, the construction ability of industrialization is the main factor of the survival and competition ability of construction enterprises. However, the construction level of construction enterprises in Henan Province, especially in Henan Province, is intermingled with each other. Can the existing construction level of construction enterprises in Henan Province meet the requirements of the development of construction industrialization? It is a basic problem in the development of construction industrialization in Henan Province. It is of theoretical significance and practical value to evaluate and analyze its industrialization construction ability. Firstly, this paper discusses the theory of building industrialization and construction ability, and summarizes the general situation of construction industrialization at home and abroad, and summarizes the influencing factors of construction capacity. By analyzing and studying the evaluation index system of the development level of Japanese construction industrialization and the evaluation index system of the industrial construction ability of Japanese construction enterprises, according to the general situation of China's current situation, Thirdly, based on the characteristics of the evaluation index system established in this paper, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are selected in the evaluation methods. And the two are systematically introduced. Fourthly, the evaluation model of industrial construction ability of construction enterprises is constructed, and the triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze Henan Province. The comparative evaluation of the industrial construction ability of the construction enterprises in China (average level) and Shanghai (advanced level) is studied empirically. Finally, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the comparative analysis method are used. This paper studies and analyzes the factors influencing the industrialization construction ability of the construction enterprises in Henan Province, and then finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the industrialization construction ability of the construction enterprises in Henan Province, and according to the advantages and disadvantages of the construction enterprises in Henan Province, Some suggestions are put forward for Henan construction enterprises to improve their industrialization construction level and ability under the background of construction industrialization in the future.
