【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人類的生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)也越來越復(fù)雜,這就帶來了巨大的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),現(xiàn)實(shí)中的諸多安全事故造成的重大損失也說明了現(xiàn)如今的企業(yè)安全管理存在重大缺陷,本文基于復(fù)雜科學(xué)的思想,并且運(yùn)用自組織理論為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)企業(yè)的安全管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究。本文基于復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的自組織特性分析,說明了企業(yè)安全管理系統(tǒng)與復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)一樣具有自組織的特性,它的演化發(fā)展具有非線性和隨機(jī)性。同時(shí),在對(duì)企業(yè)的自組織特性進(jìn)行了理論探究的基礎(chǔ)上明確了企業(yè)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的耗散結(jié)構(gòu),并且擁有非平衡態(tài)、開放性以及非線性作用的特性,且通過漲落機(jī)制實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的演化發(fā)展。之后分析企業(yè)自組織的動(dòng)力、演化路徑以及演化方式,建立了相應(yīng)的企業(yè)安全管理系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架。最后應(yīng)用企業(yè)安全管理診斷技術(shù)并且結(jié)合安全系統(tǒng)的反饋控制機(jī)制,對(duì)企業(yè)的安全管理水平進(jìn)行診斷,優(yōu)化提高其管理能力。本文是從一個(gè)閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)的機(jī)制出發(fā),讓企業(yè)進(jìn)行自身安全管理的評(píng)估,針對(duì)需要優(yōu)化的管理水平進(jìn)行安全管理診斷,得出企業(yè)安全管理存在的問題,進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的整改,同時(shí)反饋給管理決策者,達(dá)到提高和優(yōu)化的目的,這樣,企業(yè)就會(huì)形成一個(gè)自組織系統(tǒng)來對(duì)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行有效的安全管理。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the production activities of human beings are becoming more and more complex, which brings huge safety risks. The great losses caused by many safety accidents in reality also show that there are major defects in the safety management of enterprises nowadays. Based on the idea of complex science and self-organization theory, this paper studies the safety management system of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the self-organization characteristics of complex systems, this paper shows that enterprise security management systems have the same self-organization characteristics as complex systems, and its evolution and development are nonlinear and stochastic. At the same time, on the basis of the theoretical research on the self-organization characteristics of the enterprise, it is clear that the enterprise is a complex dissipative structure, and it has the characteristics of non-equilibrium, openness and nonlinear action. And through the fluctuation mechanism to achieve the evolution and development of the system. Then it analyzes the driving force, evolution path and evolution mode of enterprise self-organization, and establishes the corresponding enterprise security management system framework. Finally, the enterprise safety management diagnosis technology is applied and the feedback control mechanism of the security system is combined to diagnose the safety management level of the enterprise and to optimize and improve its management ability. This paper is based on a closed-loop system mechanism, let enterprises to evaluate their own safety management, to optimize the level of management to carry out safety management diagnosis, get the problems of enterprise safety management, and carry out the corresponding rectification. At the same time, feedback to the management decision makers to achieve the purpose of improvement and optimization, so that the enterprise will form a self-organization system to effectively manage the production activities of the enterprise.
