基于油藏經(jīng)營管理的S油田全生命周期成本管理研究

【摘要】:隨著油氣資源開采的進(jìn)行,我國大部分油田已經(jīng)入開發(fā)的中后期階段,原油產(chǎn)量不斷下降。為了滿足我國對(duì)石油的消費(fèi)需求,稠油開發(fā)開始登上歷史舞臺(tái),成為未來不可或缺的能源補(bǔ)給手段。與稀油相比,稠油油藏條件特殊、粘度大,稠油開發(fā)具有投資大,生產(chǎn)工藝流程復(fù)雜,開采成本高,開發(fā)后期成本增速快等特點(diǎn)。因此,在目前企業(yè)成本競爭白熱化的階段,如何掌握稠油開發(fā)在不同階段的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營規(guī)律,加強(qiáng)稠油開發(fā)成本管理的研究,成為當(dāng)前油田企業(yè)工作的重點(diǎn);谟吞锲髽I(yè)油藏經(jīng)營管理的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),本文引入了全生命周期理論,通過對(duì)S油田開發(fā)管理現(xiàn)狀和成本管理過程中存在問題的詳細(xì)分析,將稠油生產(chǎn)劃分為五大系統(tǒng),重點(diǎn)抓住了稠油生產(chǎn)成本發(fā)生的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),運(yùn)用成本動(dòng)因分析和系統(tǒng)研究法,將成本管理理論與S油田企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)實(shí)際相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建出一套包括預(yù)算編制、成本控制、成本核算、成本分析、績效考核等內(nèi)容的稠油開發(fā)成本管理方案,并提出了方案的應(yīng)用條件和保障措施。油田全生命周期成本管理模式的構(gòu)建對(duì)于提高S油田稠油油藏開采效率,降低稠油生產(chǎn)成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)S油田油藏經(jīng)營管理效益具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文建立的全生命周期成本管理模式,拓寬了成本管理的內(nèi)涵和外延,是對(duì)我國油田企業(yè)稠油油藏成本管理模式新的探索。
[Abstract]:With the development of oil and gas resources, most oil fields in China have entered the middle and late stage of development, and the crude oil production has been declining. In order to meet the demand for oil consumption in China, heavy oil development began to rise to the stage of history and become an indispensable means of energy supply in the future. Compared with dilute oil, heavy oil reservoir has special conditions, high viscosity, heavy oil development has the characteristics of large investment, complex production process, high production cost, rapid cost growth in the later stage of development, and so on. Therefore, in the current stage of enterprise cost competition, how to grasp the production and management law of heavy oil development in different stages and how to strengthen the research of heavy oil development cost management have become the focus of the present oil field enterprise work. Based on the strategic goal of reservoir management in oil field enterprises, the whole life cycle theory is introduced in this paper. Through the detailed analysis of the present situation of development and management and the problems existing in the process of cost management in S oilfield, the heavy oil production is divided into five systems. The key node of heavy oil production cost is focused on, and the cost management theory is combined with the production practice of S oil field enterprise by using cost driver analysis and system research method, and a set of cost control including budgeting and cost control is constructed. Cost accounting, cost analysis, performance evaluation and other content of heavy oil development cost management scheme, and put forward the application conditions of the scheme and safeguard measures. The construction of the whole life cycle cost management model of oil field is of great practical significance for improving the production efficiency of heavy oil reservoir in S oilfield, reducing the production cost of heavy oil and realizing the benefit of operation and management in S oilfield reservoir. The whole life cycle cost management model established in this paper broadens the connotation and extension of cost management and is a new exploration of the cost management model for heavy oil reservoirs in oil field enterprises in China.
