ZS家具公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】::改革開放以來,中國家具產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展速度之快令人難以想象,國內(nèi)家具生產(chǎn)總值從1985年的29億元增長到2011年的10100億元,在短短的25年間總產(chǎn)值翻了348陪。國內(nèi)家具產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為世界家具制造中心,中國成為世界上最大的家具生產(chǎn)國和出口國。家具業(yè)也成為繼食品、服裝、家電后的第四大產(chǎn)業(yè),是國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分,是與人民生活密切相關(guān)的產(chǎn)業(yè)。 但是,家具行業(yè)技術(shù)含量比較低,屬于勞動密集型企業(yè),企業(yè)一般情況下不需要大量資金投入,沒有太高的進入壁壘,出現(xiàn)國內(nèi)家具企業(yè)數(shù)量眾多的局面。某些中小企業(yè)在過去二十多年靠機遇、膽識和不平衡的賣方市場走向成功,但是現(xiàn)在則面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn)和競爭壓力,僅憑膽識和勇氣而缺乏戰(zhàn)略思維是不夠的。眾多的中小家具企業(yè)要想在未來激烈殘酷的市場競爭環(huán)境中發(fā)展壯大,企業(yè)老板和高層管理者必須在全面把握企業(yè)所面臨的宏觀環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境和微觀環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合自身條件制定出企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,使企業(yè)走上健康發(fā)展之路。 本文從戰(zhàn)略管理理論和核心能力理論入手,闡述了本文研究需要用到的相關(guān)理論。通過對家具行業(yè)的系統(tǒng)研究,總結(jié)出中國家具業(yè)的發(fā)展特點和存在的不足,為ZS家具公司戰(zhàn)略制定提供現(xiàn)實土壤。利用戰(zhàn)略分析模型如五力模型和SWOT模型研究ZS公司的在產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)的競爭力、外部環(huán)境對ZS公司的機會和威脅、以及ZS公司的資源和能力。根據(jù)環(huán)境分析制定出ZS公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,特別針對國際化、品牌、產(chǎn)品和市場戰(zhàn)略進行了詳細的研究。為了戰(zhàn)略的有效實施,本文研究了ZS公司戰(zhàn)略實施策略,分別出組織設(shè)計、資源配置、人才激勵和企業(yè)文化建設(shè)角度研究ZS公司戰(zhàn)略的實現(xiàn)方案。最后給出了本文的研究結(jié)論和展望。 筆者希望此論文對家具產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究能夠為所有家具企業(yè)認識自己所處環(huán)境和競爭狀況提供參考,也希望ZS家具公司戰(zhàn)略方案能夠使ZS發(fā)展壯大,通過培育ZS公司核心能力提升其競爭力。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the speed of the development of China's furniture industry is unimaginable. The GDP of domestic furniture has increased from 2 billion 900 million yuan in 1985 to 10100 billion yuan in 2011. The total output value of the furniture has turned 348 in the short period of 25 years. The domestic furniture industry has become the world furniture manufacturing center, and China has become the largest furniture producer in the world and the world's largest furniture producing country. Exporting countries, furniture industry has also become the fourth major industry after food, clothing and household appliances. It is an important part of the national economy and an industry closely related to people's lives.
However, the technical content of the furniture industry is low, which belongs to the labor intensive enterprise. In general, the enterprise does not need a large amount of capital investment, there is not too high entry barriers, and there is a large number of domestic furniture enterprises. Some small and medium-sized enterprises have been successful in the past more than 20 years by the opportunity, courage and imbalance of the seller's market. Many small and medium-sized furniture enterprises want to develop and grow in the fierce and cruel market competition environment in the future. Enterprise owners and senior managers must fully grasp the macro environment, the industrial environment and the micro environment. On the basis of it, the enterprise development strategy is formulated according to its own conditions, so as to enable enterprises to embark on the road of healthy development.
This paper, starting with the theory of strategic management and the theory of core competence, expounds the relevant theories that need to be used in this paper. Through the systematic study of the furniture industry, the characteristics and shortcomings of the development of China's furniture industry are summed up, and the practical soil for the strategic formulation of ZS furniture companies is provided. The strategic analysis model, such as the five force model and the SWOT model, is used. The competitiveness of ZS in the industry, the opportunities and threats of the external environment to the ZS company, and the resources and capabilities of the ZS company are studied. The development strategy of the ZS company is formulated according to the environmental analysis, especially for the internationalization, brand, product and market strategy. For the effective implementation of the strategy, this paper studies the war of ZS company. The strategy is implemented, and the implementation of ZS company strategy is studied in the aspects of organizational design, resource allocation, talent incentive and enterprise culture construction. Finally, the conclusions and prospects of this paper are given.
I hope that the research of the furniture industry can provide reference for all furniture enterprises to understand their environment and competitive situation, and also hope that the ZS furniture company's strategic plan can make ZS develop and grow by cultivating the core competence of ZS company to enhance its competitiveness.
