【摘要】：在全球生態(tài)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展趨勢下，我國煤炭行業(yè)受到前所未有的沖擊，對煤炭行業(yè)的要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更為嚴(yán)格，煤炭企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)展模式不僅加劇了環(huán)境的霧霾問題和煤炭資源的極度浪費，同時也成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的阻礙，煤炭企業(yè)如何發(fā)展成為我國煤炭行業(yè)迫在眉睫的戰(zhàn)略問題。近年來隨著全球環(huán)境問題的日益嚴(yán)重，煤炭企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展必須加快經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，又要承擔(dān)起社會與環(huán)境的責(zé)任，只有在全球經(jīng)濟的良性發(fā)展的情況下，，才能取得企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展機遇。因此，對煤炭企業(yè)績效進行綜合評價，對我國煤炭企業(yè)的整體績效的提高和煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展的方向與管理有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文首先對績效評價和DEA方法的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及文獻綜述進行了研究；其次，闡述了企業(yè)績效評價理論及方法，并說明了網(wǎng)絡(luò)DEA方法的優(yōu)越性；第三，對河北省煤炭企業(yè)的基本現(xiàn)狀以及現(xiàn)階段煤炭企業(yè)績效評價的不足進行分析，給出了河北省煤炭企業(yè)績效評價設(shè)計原則；第四，闡述了DEA理論及網(wǎng)絡(luò)DEA理論，并結(jié)合河北省煤炭企業(yè)的特性構(gòu)建了基于河北省煤炭企業(yè)績效評價的網(wǎng)絡(luò)DEA模型。最后，根據(jù)實證研究和評價結(jié)果對具體的河北省煤炭企業(yè)績效提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the development trend of global ecological economy, the coal industry in our country has suffered an unprecedented impact, and the requirements for the coal industry are more stringent. The traditional development mode of coal enterprises not only intensifies the haze problem of environment and the extremely waste of coal resources, but also becomes an obstacle to the development of coal enterprises. How to develop coal enterprises has become an urgent strategic problem in China's coal industry. In recent years, with the increasingly serious global environmental problems, the sustainable development of coal enterprises must speed up economic development, but also assume the responsibility of society and environment, only in the case of the benign development of the global economy. In order to obtain the development opportunity of the enterprise itself. Therefore, the comprehensive evaluation of coal enterprise performance is of great practical significance to the improvement of the overall performance of our country's coal enterprises and the direction and management of the development of coal enterprises. Firstly, this paper studies the current situation and literature review of performance evaluation and DEA methods at home and abroad; secondly, expounds the theory and method of enterprise performance evaluation, and explains the advantages of network DEA method; third, This paper analyzes the basic status of coal enterprises in Hebei Province and the shortcomings of performance evaluation of coal enterprises at present, and gives the design principles of performance evaluation of coal enterprises in Hebei Province. Fourthly, it expounds the theory of DEA and DEA theory of network. Combined with the characteristics of coal enterprises in Hebei Province, a network DEA model based on the performance evaluation of coal enterprises in Hebei Province is constructed. Finally, according to the results of empirical research and evaluation of the specific performance of coal enterprises in Hebei Province, put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
