【摘要】：正作為美國(guó)先進(jìn)制造業(yè)伙伴計(jì)劃的重要組成部分,2011年6月,美國(guó)總統(tǒng)奧巴馬宣布正式啟動(dòng)強(qiáng)化全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的"材料基因組行動(dòng)計(jì)劃"(MGI for Global Competitiveness),這對(duì)材料科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展具有重要而深遠(yuǎn)的影響,它第1次清晰地將"Materials by design"的材料科學(xué)之夢(mèng)展現(xiàn)出來。"材料基因組"思想的內(nèi)涵在于理性開展材料研發(fā),突破傳統(tǒng)材料科學(xué)研究中以大量經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累和簡(jiǎn)單循環(huán)試錯(cuò)為特征的"經(jīng)驗(yàn)尋優(yōu)"方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)化的"系統(tǒng)尋優(yōu)",革新材料科學(xué)的研究模式,促進(jìn)材料科學(xué)
[Abstract]:Being an important part of the Advanced Manufacturing Partnership Program in the United States, in June 2011, Us President Barack Obama has announced the launch of the Material-Genome Initiative to strengthen Global Competitiveness, which has important and far-reaching implications for the development of material science. For the first time, it clearly unfolds Materials by design's dream of material science. " The connotation of "material genome" is to carry out the research and development of materials rationally, and to break through the "experience seeking" mode which is characterized by a large amount of experience accumulation and simple cycle trial and error in the traditional material science research.
