【摘要】:GH公司是位于廣州市的一家民營高科技企業(yè),從事精確放射治療設備的研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)。精確放療產(chǎn)品是一種邊緣科學的高科技產(chǎn)品,產(chǎn)品技術(shù)融合了放射物理、機械制造、電氣控制、圖像圖形處理、軟件科學等學科的知識;诋a(chǎn)品的特性,行業(yè)核心人才應具有獨特性,表現(xiàn)在專業(yè)精深、思維開拓、能力復合性、善于跨專業(yè)合作等方面。同時,由于行業(yè)屬新型產(chǎn)業(yè),行業(yè)核心人才短缺,企業(yè)培訓核心人才的培養(yǎng)周期較長。 近年來,GH公司核心人才的流失情況較為嚴重,不但影響了企業(yè)的正常經(jīng)營生產(chǎn),也為企業(yè)的形象帶來負面的影響。利用管理學知識,分析核心人才流失因素,為GH公司提出解決策略,成為GH公司的當務之急。 本研究根據(jù)管理學相關(guān)理論,,從社會因素、組織因素、個人因素三個方面對GH公司人才流失問題進行綜合分析。論文先總結(jié)了GH公司所處行業(yè)的發(fā)展概況和核心人才特點,然后介紹了GH公司的發(fā)展歷程和人力資源情況,統(tǒng)計了近年來GH公司核心人才流失的數(shù)據(jù);論文隨后設計了調(diào)查問卷,通過調(diào)研的方式采集數(shù)據(jù),采用管理學工具對數(shù)據(jù)進行詳細分析,通過分析診斷出GH公司核心員工流失的的基本原因;最后,論文根據(jù)診斷結(jié)果,提出了解決GH公司核心員工流失問題的可行管理方案。 本研究為管理者有針對性地預警、控制和管理員工流失問題提供解決方案,也可供同行企業(yè)參考。
[Abstract]:GH is located in Guangzhou, a private high-tech enterprise engaged in accurate radiotherapy equipment research and production. Precise radiotherapy product is a kind of frontier science high-tech product. The product technology combines the knowledge of radiation physics, mechanical manufacturing, electrical control, image graphics processing, software science and so on. Based on the characteristics of the product, the core talents of the industry should be unique, which can be expressed in the following aspects: professional depth, thinking development, ability compounding, cross-specialty cooperation and so on. At the same time, because the industry belongs to the new industry, the industry core talent shortage, the enterprise training core talent training cycle is longer. In recent years, the loss of core talents of GH Company is serious, which not only affects the normal operation and production of enterprises, but also brings negative influence to the image of enterprises. It is urgent for GH Company to use management knowledge to analyze the factors of core brain drain and put forward solutions for GH Company. According to the theory of management, this study comprehensively analyzes the brain drain of GH Company from three aspects: social factors, organizational factors and individual factors. This paper first summarizes the general situation of the development of GH company's industry and the characteristics of the core talents, then introduces the development process and human resources of GH company, and statistics the data of the loss of the core talents of the GH company in recent years. After that, the paper designs the questionnaire, collects the data by the way of investigation, analyzes the data in detail by using management tools, and finds out the basic reasons of the loss of the core staff of GH Company. Finally, according to the diagnosis results, the paper analyzes the basic reasons of the loss of the core staff of GH Company. A feasible management scheme to solve the problem of core staff turnover in GH Company is put forward. This study provides solutions for managers to forewarn, control and manage employee turnover, and also provides reference for peer enterprises.
